Very friendly staff, delicious food and great service. Although our twin room was a bit bijoux it was spotlessly clean and functioned well. This is a great hotel for it's location to the airport (5 mins on a train).

The woman at reception (Sarah Veneman) was exceptionally attentive, welcoming and polite. It was our 10year wedding anniversary and was made extra special by her and the rest of the staff on duty by placing a surprise in our room. On our return home, I received a lovely email from her and I realised that the customer service that as offered wasn’t just for the hotel but presented after we checked out too. A massive thanks.

We do have a small foodwall in the reception area, where guests can purchase some items to enjoy during the night. It might be a samrt option for my colleague to offer your this next time. Very good Hotel - except for rude staff at the bar and restaurant

The Hotel is very nice but we had a bad experience in the evening. We went the wrong way in the restaurant (as there was no one at the entrance) and one of the bar staff shouted at us very rudely to go all the way back. When we explain this to the restaurant member he then denied there was no one there to welcome us. We were shocked at this behavior from both of these people so we decided to eat somewhere else.

The Location is good, the room good. The only thing is the restaurant staff that is awful, at least we came across 2 of them. We went to have Dinner and now one was on entrance at that moment,so we went to ask at the Bar but that staff was so rude. When go around someone was already on entrance and when we complained he said he was there all the time, basically telling we are lieing instead of listening to our complain. So we decided to have a dinner somewhere else.

We have a computer problem.... well well it is my problem . we are in week end not to stress for us .. They don't ask me if I have problem on my work... However internet connections can sometimes stop working.
