Room service took more than 1 hr to deliver in both the ocassion. House keeping didn't turnup for more than 2 hours and had to keep calling reception to get it. Staff young and badly trained. Hotel staff service turnaround was also bad.

Though you say breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, i find it ready, fully in place only by 7:00 AM. Be on time please. Restaurant food items are very limited. There are items that you make but not seen in the menu . Dinner Buffet is very costly .. costly then some of the 5 star hotels i stayed in Andheri and you should re-think.

Hotel which is not able to provide tourist informations to customers.As a gold member, I had not received my traditional gift in my room.Room was not very clean.The last day, there was no towels in the bathroom.Hotel too far from the city centre.To sum-up: employees not Customer satisfaction oriented; lack of cooperation.

Overall good. The wellcome sould be improved. The day I checked in there was lack of enthusiasm.at the reception.I dint feel the IBIS wellcome which I usuallu get at other IBIS properties.But Mr Birender at the reception was extraordinarily helpful .Thanks to him our stay was enjoyable.

Each time I stay here for a night or more there are surprises on the negative side stored for me .... this time I asked for cloth hangers around 5.40 pm and 3 hours and couple of reminders later proi could get them finally around 8.30 pm ..... super duper service this is .... There was no room service menu in the room and requested alongwith hangers never provided until checkout ... and the price they charge for this lousy service is too much in proportion ..... everything else was fine ......

Good place for a short stay

Check-in, Check-out, food, all good. Rooms are small but sufficient for single traveller. Choose the Non-Smoking room. The smoking allowed rooms stink of tobbaco. I checked it after 6pm and had a sandwich at the room. The sandwich could have been a bit bigger! The functional bathroom is small. I did not like the shower gel. Breakfast buffet was well spread.

I am an accor member, checking into ibis navi mumbai was delayed. The staff took lot of time at the reception counter. We went to the room and it had a bad smell. Called the front desk they responded after 15 minutes, changed the room after 32 minutes. The service of staff at the Spice it for Breakfast was pathetic in compared to other Ibis. At check out I was told since I am an accor member and since I got a special rate I am not elgible for 15 minute satisfaction guaranteed for guest.

Clean hotel with not so prompt service. In my room, laptop charging point was not functional and it took almost 2-3 requests before it was rectified. Also, the toilet flush had issues. With regard to buffet breakfast, Ibis Chennai can be rated better than Ibis Mumbai. Sambhar use to get more diluted depending on the time at which you go for breakfast. Later you go, more diluted sambhar one will find. Noise from outside the room, be it be TV sound or people talking in corridor was a bit of bother if you are trying to sleep.

This was a huge disappointment from the Ibis experience ... it all started from the check in continued well after checkout as well ... 1) TV did not work and it took a persistent follow up and chasing with front desk for over 2 hours immediately after check in to fix that .... 15 min guarantee gone to dogs ,,,no one took ownership of the problem to get it resolved which was more disgusting .... 2) Room allotted was right next to a construction / repair work site on the floor above ... checked in 1215 hrs TV problem for next 2 hrs 15 mins .... 1440 another 10 mins banging sound from construction work starts finally changed the room around 1645 .... again no one was willing to take responsibility 3) Service was awful to say the least each time ask for something make min 2 reminder calls and get after a long time water and tea / coffee refills included ... 4) After checkout realised that i would have forgotten my USB charger pin which my wife later realised was fallen below the workdesk and hence probably left behind ....to check if they have found again 3 calls from my side to check status within 2 hours and felt disappointed to learn they did not find that ..but willing to give benefit of doubt .... Only saving grace was the security at entrance Rajesh and Savita found these guys with good attitude and service

The stay was pleasant, the hotel is located on the main road, so its easily accessible. Its good hotel with value for money. The restaurant is crowded in the morning when you go for breakfast and the service has to be improved at the restaurant.

Its not up to the Ibis standard which they maintain at other hotels around the world. Location wise its well placed. The morning breakfast at the restaurant was not well managed by the staff. Too crowded and the tables were not clean. The rooms were of average standard.

Being in Vashi, new Mumbai, away from city we is pleasantly surprised after entering the property. well maintained, spacious, very courteous staff, wonderful lobby to hang around and then quiet rooms. I stayed in a non smoking room that was really clean, hot water 24 hours, good working corner, wifi was very satisfactory available from room to entire premises. great food in cafe. a la carte was prompt and pretty reasonable. couldn't have asked for more in this small package.

Hotel is good the service of some the staff is below average and not in keeping with other Ibis properties. NO KNOWLEDGE of the IBIS STANDARD of service. Attitude is Restaurant is RUDE. The tie up is with corporate houses, hence staff the dont care. LOUD NOISE from other rooms at midnight and no action by Hotel staff we had to phone the police very frightening. suggest try other hotels in the vicinity please AVOID IBIS NAVI MUMBAI if you are ladies. Room TV doesnt work, dust all over loose hair on bedside tablesm staff bring room towels to clean no housekeeping duster!!!
