The whole night would not sleep due to the notice of bed. If my small kid who is 6 month old turns left or right bed notice starts. Pls look on it

Had a wonderful time with very pleasant and helpful staff. The staff in the restaurant were really nice, cheerful and made our stay a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Smita for the service and special attention and care towards my 3 year old kid. Thanks to Chef Rahul (hope I got his name correctly) for the pizza making session to my son ,who thoroughly enjoyed it. Improvement required: Please provide a lock for the bathroom in the rooms. Really uncomfortable feeling to not have a lock, while having a kid who wants to explore everything Breakfast didn't have any continental spread, it was completely South Indian cuisine, except for the corn flakes

Warm welcoming was missing one,Easy and fast checkin.Room cleanliness can be improved.Found a cigerette pc even though it was non smoking room.Expected good and clean bathroom but it was ok ok.Faucet pipeline was damaged and was not in use.AC chilling was perfect.Restaurant was good .It was one good descent spread.Good supportive helpful restaurant staffs.Karthik serving of customers was a good promising one.Special thanks to him.Overall it was one good stay.And yeah parking was a serious problem.No one to assist or guide to parking space.Request management to take care of it.

Your Property poses highest possible risks for spread of COVID as your guests are allowed to wander freely in all areas of Hotel without Masks or Social distancing. I have been staying at your property over the past 8-9 months and the situation is getting bad and worse. This is an irresponsible behavior from your Guests and fully encouraged by your staff and Management. I raised my serious concerns to your staff. I am feeling cheated by you and your staff. You are after only Money and aren't interested in the safety of your guests that follow a disciplined COVID behavior.

I have stayed at Novotel Sholinganallur, the Male my trip app said the room is over 300sqft with king size bed. But this was the same size as Sholinganallur branch.

Staff and room were great. The heater/AC were totally silent unlike many hotels. Nice bed and pillows. Shower floor was a bit slippery (tile) so be careful. Would be nice to have a bathtub in the room, but that may be an option that I did not even ask about.
