IT is already 6 or 7 years that I keep coming to Adagio Strasbourg Place Kleber. The reason for that is that I really like this hotel. It has excellent location, it has everything to make your stay comfortable, it is very clean and it has excellent and very efficient staff. This time I greeted by Rachel whom I met for the first time. It was such a delight to be met so cordially, with a broad smile and very nice words. She immediately reacted to my request, which is much appreciated. Many thanks to Rachel and many thanks to the whole staff of this hotel - you always make me feel at home. Be sure, I will be staying at this very nice hotel whenever I come to Strasbourg.

toilet didnt work

As we arrived to our room we realised that the toilet didn't work. Apparently the receptionist knew about it but didn't warn us in advance. He tried to fix it but no solution was found. He invited us to use the toilet from the breakfast room and that we will get a full refund. While leaving the hotel , we asked for the refund and they starting to deny their commitment. We even called the manager and she didn't find any solution for that matter. Seriously! it is the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. Note that we are a couple with a 6 months old baby!

Central to be able to walk around historic and attractive city, and enjoy shopping. Trams also good. Our stay was excellent. First time in an Adagio Aparthotel, very pleased. Except plates stored too high for a woman to reach - please don't think the apartments are only for men.

I knew that it would be a studio room, but not that the bed would take up the entire room, and that I would be sleeping in the kitchen, only a few feet from a constantly noisy fridge. I wasn’t strong enough to push the bed back into a couch every morning, so, as there was no comfortable chair to sit on, the only option was to sit on the bed. This was not good. All night, the fridge, stop, start, stop start. I also found it amazing and shocking that the hotel was happy to have dogs staying in the rooms, but not people with disabilities, at least not if they wanted a shower. Why was the edge of the bath so high??

First off their pictures are very misleading. Rooms are much smaller than it looks on the pictures. There was not kettle in our room, no stove top as mentioned, no welcome pack as in the pictures. No electrical point next to the bed. And if you are tall do not stay in a room on the top floor as the roof slants and therefore me being 6'2" could not fit in half of the room. And the bed was very uncomfortable as it is a fold-up bed.

We stayed during the christmss market period so the whole city was very busy. We found Adagio to be very well priced and in a great location. Having a kitchenette was great for arranging our own breakfast.
