I checked out leaving my ipad behind. Left for HCMC and did not realise till the next morning. We called the hotel and the situation was handled by Ms Nhu and she was extremely helpful. My Ipad was found shortly and I'm very thankful of the housekeeping staff for their honesty. Good job and keep it up.

The bathroom was disgustingly dirty.

The bathroom was nasty. I didn’t expect a luxurious hotel like the Pullman to NOT CLEAN THEIR BATHROOM FLOOR. There were stains on the floor and the shower curtain in both my room and my mom’s, which was unacceptable. The breakfast was also cold.

Good room but too cold air condition - most people just turn off. A bit dirty swimming pool (might also due to rain). Very bad restaurant service - 40 mins delay and not admitting their fault, not at all normal Pullman standard

The room is large and beautiful, the elevator opens to see the whole view of the hotel, the staff always help the elderly, my husband is helped and opened and closed the car door, my 5-year-old grandson is asked by the staff to make a good impression, the beach is clean There is no garbage and the staff is very friendly. I will come back if I have the opportunity

I stayed at the hotel last month to discuss with them about my event and the stay of a group of clients. Some small problems happened but I was determined to organise the trip for them and the event at Pullman Vung Tau on 23 and 24 April 2022. The hotel didn't make me down. It turned to be the best experience for my clients and lots of great improvement I couldn't believe. Check-in and check-out for the group was done quickly despite there were other groups at the lobby. My clients were satisfied with everything, including warm welcome, wonderful food, well organised and support to my event and all its activities. Their dynamic staff and the hotel's general manager made sure all of us have the best services. They made my clients and myself surprised with their excellent support from the day we arrived till the day we had to depart. My event wouldn't have been extremely successful without their profession and exceptional delicacy.
