I have to leave hotel at 6:30 am for working. 30 minutes is not enough to enjoy breakfast. Specially rice noodle was delayed so I could not enjoy rice noodle. The “care” for elite members is a big minus point. I dont feel welcome tho. Or maybe the new year makes them all lazy to maintain the high standard of 5star hotel service?! The hotel really need to focus back on what they have done so good before!

There are so many disappointment and issues me and my family had encountered in your Pullman Vung Tau hotel, that I wouldn't list them all here. I would just sum it up by saying that you urgently and seriously need to either train or motivate your staffs, as they are mostly so lack of basic professionalism that your 5 Star rating seems like a scam. It fact that is exactly what my boy said at the end of the stay. I will never stay in this hotel again, and it also cast doubt on other Pullman.

« Not meet enough Pullmann standard qualification »

The hotel need to be improved in staffs’ qualification by training: 1/ i asked for upgrade to room for 3 adults then i was given the key after agreed with her to pay the surcharge upgrade . I moved to the new room, then there a big room, but still one kingsize bed only. So i called to check for the extra bed for 3rd person the the answer was” i need to pay for the extra bed charge!’ So i have fully asked for full charge for upgrade room for 3 adult (of course as Pullmann standard, 3 adults could not sleep on the same kingsize bed) then why she just quote upgrade room w/o extra bed? 2/ Sink drainage system was so terrible that alot of stuffs was stuck caused by previous guest. I called 3 times for request to fix, then was even asked by operator lady at 2nd call that she thought i do not know how to use the sink stop valve... then i should try it again properly???? 3/For check out, i came to accorplus counter as i used to have fast check-out with other accorhotels. One staff was there but do not know how to check me out, even asked me to queue for check out while you have counter for gold member, so i had to explain him my case, then he asked help from other supervisor. Supervisor without smiles- said she had to do guest check-in for the group...even it was about 10:00 - it was not priority check in policy that one client has to wait for group check in to check get check-out. I planned to check out early because i do not want to wait at 12:00 to have a rush hour for checking in new guests! Please put qualified staff for standing at Accorplus member counter, to have the standard services with frequently clients who have more expectation for convenience services.

the room was great, well equipped and clean. a good stay overall. The only deception was the saturday buffet dinner which was served with an included awful wine. we tried to order another bottle of wine but many of the wine list is out of order. actually half of the bottles in the cellar are empty, and are just for decoration, which is very strange.
