Restaurant was not in capacity to serve accommodated guests, guest had to order dinner 2 hours in advance and likely have to take it out because there was no free tables in the restaurant. Personnel in restaurant unqualified to meet health requirements, no anti-COVID measures implemented for breafast.

I am using an American Express corporate card always in my travel, also at IBIS before - now the reception person told me that " we changed bank provider and we will not accept your American Express card" Extremely shocked! Please make sure to provide great service for business travelers!

The fake fire alarm at 6.00am was annoying and handled very bad by the hotel Staff resulting one our disturbance for all hotel guests.! huge improvement required to handle such situations.
