When the Hotel is fully loaded, the breakfast kitchen cannot cope. There is a queue at the reception. The price for the holidays is completely inadequate to the level of the hotel.

Air conditioner doesn't work, breakfast is very poor, floor at the room is dirty and noone is going to clean it! Receptionist was giggling when I told that its too hot in the room. She said "it's very funny because its autumn now and people ask warmers so you don't have this problem" I'm really disappointed! I had to open the window and sleep with my children surrounded by many insects!!!! Breakfast was very poor! On the first day there was even no meet. When we came at 7 a.m. there were no juices, no bread, no fruits! We had to ask to bring it. Bad, bad, bad! Ibis was my favorite hotel net in Europe. I enjoyed my staying every time. I recommended this net to all my friends and followers. I will never do it again! Never. Every person/hotel/company can make a mistake. I give everyone a second chance. But the staff of this hotel didn't even try to help me!!! It's unbelievable! I paid approximately 40€ per night and I was waiting a moment I leave the hotel every minute! Shame on you(

Согласно международным стандартам отелей ibis 3* все номера снабжены минимальным пакетом услуг и оборудования, именно поэтому их стоимоть доступна для большинства путешествующих. Тем не менее, все дополнительные принадлежности Вы можете приобрести за невысокую дополнительную плату у администраторов на ресепшен,а тапочки взять бесплатно по запросу. Hotel located in city centre with is in plus due to close location with restaurants and famouse places. Breakfast really fine. Staff always smiling and freandly. Some rooms ( due to frequent visits in that hotel already found two) shall be consider for renovation, wood floor really destroyed and problems with leaking water ( from shower) to all bathroom.

It was my second stay in this hotel. The variety and amount of food on the breakfast became better from the first stay. Thanks for hotel's managers for it. However, it slightly strange that the amount of food differs on the day of week - on Thursday it was bigger than on Friday. Possible, it depends on a number of guests? In general - I am satisfied. The bed is clean and fresh each day. The room is clean too. But wifi is a bit problematic. Breakfast is "meh". Could be better. Staff is not very friendly. Selling pillows and basic things like shoehorn leaves a very bad impression of the hotel.

Ibis is the same in different cities. Rooms are the same. And because I stayed in Ibis hotels in different cities, I expected some level of standard for breakfast. But I was slightly disappointed. From my point of view, Ibis Omsk provided higher level for breakfast (To be honest I visited it in 2015 and possible that now it is different). But I definitely would recommend Ibis Nizhniy Novgorod as a place for staying. Personally, I'd like to try Mercure Nizhniy Novgorod. Just for comparison with Mercure hotels in other cities.

Good hotel especially for business trips. Comfortably located near the metro station. Clean room. Careful staff. Good breakfast. Pleasant atmosphere. A bit noisy (located on a crowded street), but with good isolation system.

Dear Ibis employees, i stayed 3.05. and 5.05.19. in your hotel Inis Nizhni Novgorod and was absolutely NOT satisfied with service and how your team is solving issues there. I asked 4.05.19. a receptionist Maria for 3 lunch boxes for 5.05. 4:00 a.m. in the morning because we wanted to quickly return to Moscow to bypass traffic jams. She promised it and we payed for it but next morning night manager informed us in a very unprofessional way that there is no boxes at all and we went empty, were obliged to stop for breakfast on high way, lost time and stocked after it in traffic jam close to Moscow. I called your manager Valeria, who tried to return money to my Maestro credit card issued by Deutsche Bank which i used by my stay payment. She could not do it bit also was not able to offer some quick solution and i myself proposed her to quickly solve issue with my other card, which was used by booking and also stored in my loyalty program profile as main card or return in form of bonuses. She refused referring to some rules and said that only next day some financial controller will allow it. Next day i received from controller a very complicated list of things I NEED TO DO TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM: 1) fill some form 2) scan 3 pages of my pass 3) scan my credit card both sides and send it to Ibis. I did it today and still waiting for reaction Me as loyalty program member, who always preferred Accor since many years in all countries of my trips was shocked by this level of formality/bureaucracy. I want to inform you about it and hope to receive some feed back from you Your still loyal customer Dmitry (+79…)

- potatoes in the morning 30 april was bad and smell - hot water from coffe machine is very bad quality (even color is looks like a yellow...) - water in bathroom is smell, full of some checmicals. we had a skin rash all our family , after take a shower or wash a face. - facility: flooring is bad condition. - cleaning - shower cabin has a dirty stains in corners. - good room with daylight, two window is very good.

the first time at Ibis when i didn't feel myself as just being in Accorhotels chain

I've been a loyal member of Accorhotels chain for quite a long period. Unfortunately this was the first time at Ibis Nizhniy Novgorod when i didn't feel myself not even welcomed as a loyal member but even as just being in Accorhotels chain. The problems started even at prepayment stage and continued simultaneously during the whole stay -even at checkout. So i can't recommend Ibis Nizhniy Novgorod to anyone at least for now - hope my feedback will help the management to pay attention for Ibis Nizhniy Novgorod and improve the current status and allow this hotel to be a prominent part of the Accorhotel Chain.1)my room rate was 100% prepayment. So the payment was conducted at the same date when i make the reservation: 13.10.2017. For some reason i was charged again by Ibis Nizhniy Novgorod at 02.11.2017 - i sent request to the hotel asking to clarify what had happened at 03/11/2017 - i have received no answer here yet. When checked in at the hotel i asked at the reception about this issue: unfortunately i had no clear answer, just was informed by reception staff that i will get the answer at check out. Unfortunately during the check out manager Shukhrat wasn't able to explain me clearly what has happened: in quite rude and nervous manner he told me kind of "you know it happens sometimes". 2) The staff at the reception desk gave me wrong info about breakfast slots. 3) i ask if it's possible to park my car at the hotel parking and the answer was NO again in absolutely unfriendly manner. I ask to keep me posted if there will be any possibility - unfortunately i had no feedback here. 4)at breakfast i asked the restaurant staff if it's possible to order fried eggs because i'm used to enjoy this meal each time i stay in Ibis - the answer was NO: the staff marked that usually there is such an opportunity but not today because there are too many guest and there is only one cook at the kitchen (frankly speaking there were around 3 or 4 tables occupied ). 5) the table with vegetables and yogurts is located very inconvenient to to take anything from it. 6) welcome drink voucher was proposed only for one person (though we ordered double room) 7) if i got it correctly there is no local wifi in the hotel - only city wifi , so the connection was very unstable. 8) the sink wasn't clean enough 9) there was only one power socker near the bed 10)the bed wasn't made as it's always made at Ibis

I stayed two nights at Ibis Nizhny Novgorod. I could say now that it was excellent experience. Very helpful and friendly staff. A girl at reception kindly explained me how to go to some attraction in the city. I also received welcome drink and a small gift. Room was clean. Bed is very comfortable, snow-white bed linen. There are about 20 channels on TV, also in English and other languages. There is wonderful city view from window. All this is for reasonable price.

Very good location, near the pedestrian area and all other kinds of transportation. Not far from the Kremlin. Well maintained hotel, clean and with helpful staff. The rooms are standard but comfortable.
