Noname Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

The towels were dirty (they had dark brown spots) and there were only two of them for 2 guests. When I asked the receptionist to change the towels, she didn't even apologise. The fridge in our room smelt really bad. There was only one socket far from the bed in the room. The room and the bathroom need renovation, they are very old and not pleasant to be in. I won't choose this hotel again.

К сожалению, по вине химчистки действительно к нам попадают полотенца с некоторыми дефектами, но мы стараемся этого избегать и в случае, если происходит данный негативный момент мы сразу же заменяем дополнительные принадлежности нашим гостям. Я также провел несколько тренингов со своими сотрудниками, чтобы они должнвм образом реагировали на обращение гостей, которые являются участниками нашей программы лояльности. В качестве комплимента за принесенные неудобства я начисляю Вам дополнительные 100 баллов на карту лояльности. И очень надеюсь, что несмотря на все недостататки во время прошлого проживания Вы еще сделаете выбор в пользу нашего отеля и дадите шанс исправить Ваше впечатление о Ibis Moscow Paveletskaya. The hotel is clean and nicely located, staff is friendly, environment is quiet and interior is of good quality. All facilities are working. Despite being rather simplistic inside, the hotel offers good quality breakfast.

Everything was perfect except two things: 1) I couldn't pay by credit card that I verified during the online check-in. Furthermore I couldn't pay by any on my Visa and MasterCard cards (3). They accepted only cash. I guess it happened because of the sanctions, but I wasn't ready for that. 2) The room was stuffy. The window cannot be opened for ventilation.
