The hotel is a bit dislocated from the main sights, but public transport connecions are good. Rooms are decent, nicely decorated. Cushions are terrible and have a funky smell. The floor in the room was dirty with cookie crunches, so it was not cleaned before our stay. We asked to clean it at the reception and they did it immediately. Breakfast is really good. Price is ok according to the service.

Sink in the room, beds are so uncomfortable, paid parking, which is very difficult if u arrive late no spaces. Beds are tiny, no privacy in shower cubicle as it's in the room just a glass on the side of the room

The hotel is of a "budget" type but the room was very cold and in general the interior design could be better and much more cozy even for as little as a "budget". It would be nice if there was a cettle in the room to prepare a tea in the evening..

exactly for what I needed it, which was a very quick overnight stay to catch a train in the morning. Shame you don't have a shower gel dispenser in the shower, and toilet smelt a bit, but otherwise all good.

Every time I travel, I do always book my stay at Ibis hotel. Unfortunately, this time the room was not that clean as always - in the corners it was not fully cleaned and additionally I was misled by the helpline since the day prior to my arrival I called the line to ask whether there is a hair dryer in the room and lady on the line confirmed that indeed it is in the room (therefore I decided not to take my private one with me from home). Unfortunately, when I arrived it turned out that in the service I bought hair dryer is not included. There was also no opportunity to borrow one from the reception. I reported this at the reception however no solution was offered by the staff - I was supposed to come day after whereas the hair dryer was needed on the next day early in the morning.

Excellent choice for any kind of a trip. Close to the International Okęcie Airport and many shopping malls. The property is next to a busy street (Bitwy Warszawskiej) with a lot of vehicular traffic but the windows do a great job to muffle the noise.

- good room, perfect shower, clean, friendly staff, good location, good price, good breakfast - mattrass too thin so in combination with rigid hard wood under it made I hardly could sleep....(a much thicker mattrass woud have given a much higher rating !)

Hotel at a good location- Close to city centre. Room was clean, with all necesities. Breakfast at good hours, however could be improved with greater Selection of cereals, more fresh vegetables and more hot options.

All good besides the fact the rooms are quite cold these days. Ibis budget centrum has heating which reduta doesnt have it on yet. Get warm pyjama on:-)

My room was quiet and I slept well, despite some nosey neighbours. The meals I had were superb and the staff in the restaurant were great. I will be placing my trust in your hotel in the future.

Throughout my stay, there was no recognition of my status except that I was given a drink voucher. When I tried to redeem, I was incorrectly informed it was for soft drinks only, so we went to another bar. After I carefully read the policy on the voucher, and informed the restaurant staff, I was finally able to redeem for a beer and a wine. The room was clean and functional, but the air keeps coming in from the vent even after I turned AC off. I turned the heat on, but I didn't get any warm air, probably because it was in summer. I cancelled my stays on other dates it's been more than a week, but I still haven't received any refunds. I was told at checkout that I should wait for 2 weeks: unheard of by the competitors. I'll probably won't come back.

At Check in: Front Desk: How would you like to pay for your stay? A: It's pre-paid on Accor website FD: I don't see it in the system A: Here is a proof (Shown a copy of confirmation) FD: OK, I will check the system & let you know if you have to pay (never hear back one way or the other) FD: (After giving us keys): Oh, looks like you have booked our budget accommodation. It's in the other building. No option to maybe pay more to get to the main building. The guy looked like he never worked at the Front Desk. Went to that "Budget building". Floors never vacuumed and full of crap on them. 3 pcs of tiny mini soaps. No water. No electric kettle to prepare coffee or tea. Zero amenities. This is not Budget. This is half a step above Backpacker's Special. Had to ask to change towels during 4 nights stay. Even cover for the blanked ripped (like by pulling by force from the washer). Radiculous. Breakfast: First day we got literally scolded by the security person for not wearing our face masks and then told to wear plastic gloves that made tongs falling out of our hands when picking up items at a crowded buffet display. There were only two other couples in the dining room at that time. On the third day, with the same guard on duty, he never reprimanded a group of five men who were in the elevator with us all not wearing masks and having no plastic gloves. Where is the consistency in this approach? Day-old buns (or at least baked the evening before). Not much good to say about the same stuff on display for the four breakfasts (except for ugly, tasteless winners). Cottage cheese was watery as heck. Jam (two varieties) always in same jars that seen only jam being added to them, without actually washing. Tomatoes were likely chopped with a chopper and not cut in a civilized manner - just looking at it took appetite away. Coffee (as usually, the ugliest one at whole Accor chain) was served from two machines that constantly were broken down and seen mostly one working (sometimes only dispensing half a cup at the time). During the 4 mornings, only seen tables wiped on 2 of them. Masks mandate at the buffet table not enforced. People coming back to pick up more food on the same plate and not being told to get a new plate. On the first day, only a single lady was working cleaning dishes, displaying food, etc., without washing hands. Hygiene is a joke at this place. I have stayed in many Accor properties in China and Thailand over the last eight years. Only one of them, near Beijing airport, I would classify as worse than this Ibis.

The stuff was very friendly and the room clean. The hotel is located very close to the bus station, where there are also busses to downtown Warshaw. The breakfast was ok. You can get drinks in the evening.

The hotel is located just next to the West Railway Station, near a busstop. It's clean, safe and comfortable, absolutely by the standards of Ibis Budget. The breakfast is great, though it's a feature of Polish hotels. Well, of you pay in advance, prices may be just marvelous. Have stayed here for many times
