« Convenient to visit Koramangara »

The staff were all helpful and nice and the food at your restaurant was delicious. The location was also very convenient, so generally I would say it was a very nice stay and I was quite satisfied. The only two drawbacks is probably (1) the lack of enough electricity charging terminals. A USB hub or two would be most helpful, and (2) Wi-Fi connection was not great in retrospect when compared to the hotel I stayed at in Mumbai. Given the digital age we live in these upgrades would make it more easier for me to come to the hotel again. Thank you!

« Great location and feeling like at home »

The location in Koramangala is fantastic as it is on short distance to comercial areas and all kinds of entertainment. The upcoming metro line nearby will further enhance its position. Transport to the office provided by the hotel was 5 starts, drivers were always ontime and very friendly. The included 2pcs of laundry, really makes your life easier as you do not need to pack that much for your trip. Rooms are amazing, biggest and most complete room I have ever stayed on. Really good value. Food in the 12th Main restaurant was amazing, either a la carte or buffet with big spread, quality was top notch. Chef was always attentive and sometimes walked around to ask customers about how they found the food. Restaurant staff were always friendly and briefly took orders and provided what was needed. Reception staff were always welcoming and very supportive to arrange any needs. Check in and out experiences were fast and painless. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with amazing staff and amenities in a great location. The quality of the services provided in the special rates makes it a must stay option for a business trip to Bengaluru. Thank you very much for making me feel like at home during my stay. « Well located, nice gym »

My stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were functional and clean if a little run down. The restaurant and service there were very good. The gym was nice; plenty of equipment and clean. One item of feedback would be that I do not think your concierge should recommend the Skyye lounge as a nice place to go as we found this to be an extremely loud place that did not serve any local food (whereas we had asked for recommendations for good local restaurants; the Punjab Grill that was recommended to us the night before was excellent).

« Short and sweet stay »

Stayed for a night to attend a personal function and meet a couple of business associates in the vicinity. Though the hotel is a little away from teh main road, it is easily located on all travel / taxi apps. The check-in was quite quick and I was given a room upgrade free of charge. The room itself was quite spacious, with a separate seating area and a small kitchenette. The balcony was quite small and could do with a little less "crowding" in terms of furniture and a big potted plant. All in all, no major complaints, and I enjoyed a good night's sleep. The breakfast next day was sumptuous and there was a special menu on order, to boot. Service was quick and efficient. Will definitely stay here again if work or family brings me to this part of Bangalore!

« Well located, hotel needs much repair and maintenance »

I really appreciate the wonderful staff and leaders at the hotel. They are always ready to do what it takes to improve the experience. I saw many instances of that during my stay. Mr. Monish helped me during my checkout with an error with the spa bill. The chef at By The Blue was always able to help me with a smile, to accommodate with some gluten-free options. Breakfast staff were very helpful. The room needed maintenance. When I moved in there were many obvious things wrong with the room. Someone should inspect and fix before a new guest moves in. It took a few calls to get all the issues resolved. The issues continued, however. Lights, shower head, water leaking out the fridge, etc. etc. Air conditioning was not fixed inspite of many calls. Even the last night, the bedroom AC was not functional. I was also not happy with the location of the room. Very noisy with the elevators. I love the location of the hotel. It allows me to walk to my work. After this trip, I will have to seriously consider whether it is worth it, to deal with so many issues. I hope you are able to fix these problems and keep me as a customer.

Not customer friendly, 1. Initial slept in sofa even after making complain that the bed is not sufficient for family of 4 , tere was no option to puta single bed , neither in room nor in hall 2. Sometimes they overlook the quality of food like burnt vada 3. Even sometimes they do not see if there is water in table or plate in table where guest is sitting 4. Food from outside is not getting delivered by staff from front desk to room , we need to come and take our own though outside food is allowed

Stayed there for 10 days and has been one of the best experiences of corporate stay I've had. Both the 12th Main and the pool-side restaurant offer delicious food, great ambiance and spectacular presentation. The rooms were really spacious, kept clean daily and the staff is really welcoming, almost making you never want to leave
