This hotel has really a charm due to his nice and tasty decoration.The service is perfect. However many TV foreign channels were not operative (Is it due to cost control?). The Duplex suite is very well designed , with large bathroom and living area.

The hotel was Great boutique hotel in the city center. The room is very nice decoration. Check-in smooth and staff friendly, good services mind and helpful. Location was good near BTS Chidlom station. Breakfast very good and we are so full.

I cannot say anything negative about this hotel in principle. For me personally it was too dark, you always had the feeling that you were in a poorly lit cave. The only thing I criticize is the breakfast. Absolutely unacceptable for this class of hotel, the selection was pathetic, nothing really healthy, no bread, although there was very good bread in the in-house restaurant, it is absolutely a mystery to me why you don't get that served at breakfast, I suspect that they don't think further.

The hotel and the room was very nice. The cons was there was no water gun in toilet and the air-condition was making a ticking noice for every minute all night long, since there is a central air unit might be from the system break when the temperature was at right number. The dining waa very great and staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was too little choices and not that well prepare, the taste is very standard compare to other hotel in the area.

Well situated hotel, a short walk to Chit Lom BTS and from the impressive entrance/lobby, everything was just perfect. The mood lighting and separate checkin in desks added to the ambience. Beautifully appointed rooms, great service from smiling and helpful staff, I couldn't have asked for more. I loved every area of the hotel, reception, Speakeasy Liunge and especially Medici, the Italian restaurant in the hotel. All just perfect for me., thank you.

I thought I was going to have a wonderful night because of birthday celebration. I chose this hotel because all the influencers said it's the fastinating hotel worth to stay and relax. However, we found that it's not that impressive. The mattress and pilow are quite old which are lumpy. Limited of breakfast choice. I'm not sure whether I chose "staycation package" or not so I received lower expected service. We love the public area though, it is nice and smell good.

I booked a staycation package with Hotel Muse and everything looks great. The front upgraded my room. They welcomed me so gently with great manners and a service mind. The room was clean and the view was great. The staff at Medici also welcomed its guest so smoothly. The breakfast is a bit too small for me and understands that during the situation, serving in the room is more cost-saving. Overall is good and looking forward to go back again.

convenience, good stay but bad elevator assistance

overall happy pleasant stay, except from the extreme disappointed feeling at the hotel parking elevator. We stayed on the night that there was a shooting at Medici. And seems to be leaving to the parking together with the crew. But as a guest using one same parking elevator with these staffs, I have been waiting there for the single elevator to go up and down packed with staffs about 4 rounds until I decide to push myself in (ignoring the judging look from the Russian models and shooting crew). Is it suppose to be that you give the priority to the customers first? Next time, please use the service elevator for this purpose, or tell me where it is I will use it, not leaving me hanging there for 30mins to get to my car. Despite all this, the hotel lobby staffs seems to ignore the situation.

We booked five rooms at the Muse as is very close to my friend's BD party, plus we have heard many good things from my friends stayed here before. Positive Things during my stay- 1. Staffs are very friend and willing to help the guest Things required improvement Front Staff Office 1. During our reservation, i made a special request try to arrange all the rooms at the same floor and higher floor and none of the request has made. Five Rooms located at the different floors. 2. We checked at three and the there are long ques waiting due to only two staffs . As the rooms wasn't ready so some rooms can only check in at four. 3. Misinformation communicated from the front office - As we booked the "Staycation package" under the terms and conditions clearly stated the check out time is six, one of our room has been informed by front desk to check out at 4PM. 4. No wifi password was given upon check-in Room Condition and cleanness 1. The room feels been closed for long time, musty and dusty and overall hotel carpet at FL 12 looks really dusty. 2. No hair dryer in the room- I was been informed by the front office that hair dryer need to be requested due to the covid-19. Maybe some notes will help. 3. From all the accord hotel we have been stayed including Novotel, all the duvet and pillow shall be dawn. The pillow and duvet quality needs to be improved. F&B This is a biggest disappointment of our stay. Breakfast - Understood is a Covid-19 prevention but during the peak time or high occupancy may be the juice, cold cut and bread station can be self-service? We have to wait 20 min for our coffee and juice. The food took another 40 min to arrive . The biggest draw down is the taste, we ordered some chicken porridge it was not taste in the porridge. Dinner - Next day we had our dinner at the Italian Restaurant (Sorry forgot the name). All our friends dine in here before and the food was very delicious so we are so looking forward to come back to eat again. It was another big disappointment, We need to wait another one hour for our meal and the serving order was completed unacceptable. The Main course came first, follow by soup and salad. We are not sure the restaurant lowered the quality of food because of the 1500 food credit but with the price we paid another 15,000.00 for cold and tasteless risotto, chewy and cheap steak, cold watery soup and a rocket salad without any olive oil in it. As is my friend's birthday party we asked for a cake plate that took another 20 min to arrive as the waiters are busying apologize to other diners. This was a most horrific Italian food I have ever had comparing with the food and drink cost stated on the Menu. Due to a good reputation of this hotel, I convinced my friends to stay with us and join us for dinner. After that BD dinner celebration, I felt so embarrassed and apologize to my friends for what happened in their stay and all the unpleasant experience. Maybe the hotel has been closed for a long time due to the Covid-19, but with all the mis-management will only draw guest apart.

The service was really good but there was a problem with elevator which needed to be fixed.

We just loved everything. Unfortunately we happened to time our visit during the corona pandemic so we didn't get the take full advantage of the hotel but this did not matter. The staff and service toilet was 5 star. We love to try different 5 star hotels when ever we visit BKK and The Muse was easily the best hotel we've ever stayed at. We will be back as soon as the world returns to normal.

I stayed with the Muse for three times already and it is always as good as it should be. Thank you for the welcoming smiles and helpfulness from the Front Desk, Concierge, room service, the restaurants and housekeeping. We were moved for every gesture and friendliness from all of you. The room was clean and neat, the breakfast was fantastic and the Italian restaurant was perfect with good prices. Looking forward to my next stay with you.

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel recently from february 25th to the 29th. Arrived very early at 08h30am after a 24 hour flight. Even at this very early arrival, they had a room ready for us which was well appreciated. But unfortunately the room on the 10th floor had a very unpleasant musty smell probably due to moist and mildew. After a short rest we complained to the reception and were immediately upgraded to an executive room on the 22nd floor with a terrific view which was great. The hotel is well located right downtown. Breakfasts are outstanding with multiple choices and the service throughout the hotel is excellent. One of the remarquable advantage at this hotel my wife and I found was the happy hour from 16h30 to 18h30 everyday at the rooftop bar on the 24th floor with complimentary delicious canapés and unlimited free alcoholic beverages ( beer, wines, cocktails, spirits ) from a designated list. All this for 2 full hours. Never seen before! The food at the restaurants is excellent. Although the prices for dinner are quite high. As others have noted the pool area is in fact very small. As also noted by others the overall ambiance is rather dark especially in the lobby area. In fact there is practically no real lobby area in this hotel which is rather odd for a 5 star hotel. Another negative aspect is that we received very little information if any about hotel services and amenities upon check in, different restaurants, pool area etc. Neither did we found any information inside our room either that we usually find in hotel rooms, restaurant menus, available bars etc. Everything had to discovered by ourselves by asking at the reception desk. In short the real asset of this hotel is its location, its comfort, its excellents breakfasts and its generous happy hour.
