For us the only good part was the location because we booked the room with the Eiffel Tower view. The reception made us wait a lot for the checkin, we arrived earlier to let the luggages in the hotel, and one of the receptionists told us that in maximum 2PM our room would be ready, we came back to the hotel at that time and nothing was ready, we had to wait for around 1.5 hours to finally checkin, and that after having to ping the reception a few times. I have booked the love package which in my mind should include at least a small decoration with roses, but only the champagne and a chocolate was there. The in-room breakfast was good but they did charge me for that although that was included in my package. The food quality in the room service is very poor and overpriced. No information is passed to the customers so we were basically lost, I did ask the service room if we could order some external food and they said that was okay, for my surprise I had to go to the reception to receive the order and had no cutlery to eat. The room service takes long to accept calls. Definitely not coming back to any Pullman hotels.

Start of booking a room was a nightmare. No one answers emails . And arrive get the wrong room . Was compensated. But the main problem was communication I send emails and get few replies. Bookin experience so difficult. I was booking the room as a present. Because I was not there I prepaid but I paid extra . Marriot group so much better I can book everything I couldn't even get the pullman to book a private car transport. The staff were excellent and helpful but tha Accor policy is terrible. The food in room service excellent and the restaurant. Please fix the booking situation make it a bit more flexible I prepaid I should have git tge cheapest rate but I git the full rate

Nice hotel with less than a block away from Eiffel Tower and great restaurants. Upon checking we got one of the best rooms with a balcony and unbeatable views of Eiffel Tower. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Started with our room not being ready and going to lunch with very poor service (Frame) but pretty good food. The room, once it was ready, was wonderful. Very clean, modern and the view of the Eiffel Tower was breathtaking. We ordered some room service and the service provided was a 10 out of 10.

Booked our room with Eiffel Tower view so glad we did. It was a fantastic stay. Got in there early, they allow to drop luggages and explore the area while waiting our room. Smooth check in and out. Had the nicest staff of all the hotels I had been. Cleanliness was excellent. Comfy beds. Highly recommend if you visit Paris for the first time. Price is reasonable.

I chose this hotel because of the view and the rooftop restaurant. However, the restaruant was closed and no one informed me of this - when I made the reservation. Nobody sent the email later either. If I had known about this fact - I would have booked another hotel. Additionally, Room Service was not competent and the waiting time was over an hour. When I wanted to bring drinks to my room from the restaurant myself, I was not allowed to take them out. Great view, but service was not competent. I had to wait for my room to be picked up - at check-in at 21:30! But you got great view, but service was not competent.

We had a great experience at the Pullman hotel in Paris. Every member of the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip!

Great location, but concrete building looks like it needs a makeover, all the buildings locally look more like a council estate than an exclusive hotel in a premium district

The staff do their best but coming from the UK, the difference in the level of service is very marked. I can say for the 2 days in Paris that the level of customer service experience was like going back 30 years in time, but for the staff in the hotel, they tried and at least were more accommodating (unlike Metro, Eurostar, Boat trip on the seine, bus driver, tour operator who all seemed like it was not an important thing to worry about the 'customer experience'

The hotel was great. Your team was great. We had some issues with our room type and our room being ready at check-in. When we arrived our room was not ready, which was fine as we were early. We checked our bags with the front desk. I assumed that we would be called when our room was ready but we were not. Not a big deal as we had plenty of exploring to do! We booked an Eiffel Tower view with two double beds, a balcony and a sofa. The room that we were given had one king bed and a sofa. We explained that we did not want that as I was traveling with my sister and paid a good bit of money for the room. There was not another room of this type available. The team working that night was very helpful and offered us another room but it did not have a balcony or as good of a view. We decided to stay in our original room and thankfully my sister and I realized that we could take apart the King-sized bed to make a second bed. This worked for the rest of the weekend but was stressful for a little while. I would like to highlight Samir from the evening or night shift. He works the front desk and we had several great interactions with us. He was friendly, personable and a delight to speak with. I think the world of him. He was full of recommendations and insight about the city. Please give him my thanks!

We had a very enjoyable experience while staying at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel. It had a great location that was especially convenient to the Eiffel Tower. In addition it was conveniently located to several nice restaurants. The breakfast buffet at the Pullman was excellent as well. Room were accommodating.

The receptionists and the concierge were extremely helpful, polite, and professional. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. And we always looked forward to it. Our favorite part was enjoying the beautiful lit up Tour Eiffel each evening.

The room was spacious and quiet specially the view of Eiffel tower was amazing. However, the reception and the lift had bit of long queues and no parking at the hotel was downside but still our stay at the Pullman eiffel was very nice. Also, it is a pet friendly hotel. I was able to take my dog to breakfast as well.

Only spent one night post Viking cruise. I will state that the morning of departure our pre designated transfer with Viking did not show at 0615am. The front desk manager was notified and he took care of calling a cab and explaining to driver what happened. He went above and beyond to get us to airport on time. He was our hero

Excellent hotel, great location for getting around as it is very close to the metro and also lots to do close by. Would definitely recommend booking a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Staff were very friendly and helpful going out of their way to make it an enjoyable stay.

I have mixed feeling on how to feel or express my experience with Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel. First, before making reservation via Accor app, I have tried to contact the hotel via email (h7229@accor.com) but no reply ever. So I booked the room with the app, and contact again to ask about in-room breakfast and still no reply as well. In total, I have emailed to you 3 times but no reply. On the date on checkin (30-Dec), the front staff is very nice and kind to explain us everything, but when we asked about covid-19 test, we have to go to concierge which on that day, Carl has helped us with the registration. The room was very fantastic and beyond our expectation, we had great time created online content on the balcony and got many engagement. We give 10 of out 10 points for the room. After we took the test at the hotel on 31-Dec, the lab has email us right on 1-Jan. But the problem is that we cannot access the test result with our registered phone number. We have tried all the combination and still failed to access. This cause us a lot of trouble as if we do not show the negative result at the airport, we will not be able to get on the plane and fly back home. We have go back to Pullman 4 times. 1-Jan morning: Concierge have informed us to wait as if the result has not been uploaded yet. (Which we found later that it’s wrong, the result is always there) 1-Jan afternoon: we came back again, another concierge Ian just took note and informed us that the lab is closed and will contact the lab next day. 2-Jan morning: we started to get very worry as we will fly back on that night, Concierge carl said that it is too early (8:00AM), he will tried to contact the lab and inform us back around 10:00PM 2-Jan afternoon: we came back for the last time and the first lady in blue at concierge refuse to help us anything and blame that this is lab’s fault. We started to cry and finally Solene came out and informed us that she has lab’s emergency number. In summary Solene and Alberto have contacted the lab and informed us the correct password in order to access the result. We bursted out into tears and thank them for the support that finally made us be able to board the plane back home. Can you imagine if we cannot open the test result and miss our flight back home? It is emotional and mixed feeling as you can see our story here.
