Even this hotel is not location near to Lijiang main attraction - old historical town - it is very good option to stay. It is only 10 minutes by walk for Shuhe old town. All the villas and main buildings of the hotel are harmoniously integrated into the landscape with the main focus on Lijiang treasure - Jade Snow Mountain which reflects in the pod just right after entrance to the territory of hotel. I was happy enough to be upgraded to stay at villa which has charm and great amenities. Huge bed with great linen and choice of pillows. Huge bathroom with shower and bath. Cosy living room. Great breakfast, mostly with local dishes, very delicious and various. In the afternoon it is possible to enjoy afternoon tea and glass of wine in the pleasant atmosphere of bar with great view over mountains. Also I have chance to visit SPA. Very professional and relaxing. And very thankful to the stuff: even sometimes we had some language barriers they were always eager to help and support in any needs. I would love to come there back.

We stayed in a Deluxe King Room with a mountain view and it was perfect. Spacious bed and bath rooms, lounge area, living room and a garden with a hot tub—all beautiful designed with meticulous attention to detail. The lobby view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is impressively majestic. Special mention goes to Lina from the 1919 bar as well as restaurant, I was feeling rather ill on Christmas Eve and she thoughtfully suggested that I have something light like porridge at the quieter 1919 bar, instead of the noisy Christmas Dinner Buffet. On top of that, she instructed the lady staff at bar 1919 to make a pot of hot ginger tea for me which really helped alleviate my stomach discomfort. The lady staff (can't remember her name) at Bar 1919 also made me a pot of hot ginger tea the following 2 days as I was still not feeling 100%. Their actions went above and beyond their duties and exemplified kindness and empathy for another human being, not just as a guest. They have my utmost respect and gratitude. :) Another mention goes to Vicky from the front desk, she efficiently handled my unusual request for exchange of cash using WeChat as I didn't have foreign currency on hand. Her genuine friendliness and help were greatly appreciated. If ever we find ourselves in Lijiang again, Pullman will definitely be our first choice.

Loved the villa and beautiful surroundings, service was pretty good. Only drawback was that the discount for Accor plus wasn’t explained properly at the restaurant and therefore had to pay higher for promo set instead of the usual discount.

Frankly,there are many international hotel group’s hotels in Lijiang. It’ll be hard for me to choose before staying with Pullman Lijiang due to they all have their own merits. But Pullman Lijiang has became my first choice in Lijiang gradually even giving up my Spire /Diamond level of IHG/Hilton group. Take many factors into consideration,Pullman Lijiang is the top one among all luxury hotels. The best snow mountain view, friendly staff, efficient service responding, perfect room facilities, private yard ,quiet environment... every single component is perfect! So the all performances of Pullman Lijiang are flawless! As far as I’m concerned, lovely animals add much spice to my life which staying with Pullman Lijiang ! I have to give my special thanks to a diligent staff-Tina, who always makes everything done before arrival and creates many wonderful moments/stays in Lijiang !

Pullman Resort Hotel is a beautiful design away from the old city 12 minutes walk, the old city and the Plaza shopping complex 15 minutes by taxi, the hotel entrance and reception are good, few staff speak English. The hotel rooms are clean and full service, the design is beautiful, they have a carriage with a horse taking you around the resort . The breakfast restaurant is good, the problem is that they dont have a buffet for dinner , they have Fridays only, and the rest of the days menu. The hotel also needs an indoor Swimming pool indoor .

The property itself is beautiful and well laid out. Perfect for taking a walk and getting a more modern sense of an "ancient town" in Lijiang. Some improvements that need to be made: 1) the staff was inconsistent with some providing great customer service while others provided subpar service, 2) the breakfast and dinner buffet offerings need to be expanded and not consistent with other luxury hotel offerings, and 3) the staff should have a dedicated non-chinese speaker on-site as it was difficult to communicate and many issues arose due to gaps in language.

I was delayed in arriving due to a canceled flight, but the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The villa was so nice and quiet and clean - it truly exceeded what I had hoped for. Things were a bit hectic on the first day I arrived with the room not being ready when I was there, but I was several hours before check-in and they got me checked in to the room in less than an hour. The hotel was very conveniently located to all the tourist type attractions that I wanted to see, and even walking distance to one! All of the staff in the various departments were so genuinely kind and did their utmost to ensure I had a great stay. I would really love to visit here again one day if possible.

The room was ok, but not very clean. Service was good except the SPA reception staff,rude and not professional. I booked the room on the App of AccorHotels, I don’t know why they didn’t give me the stay and night on my account! Weird!

Staff was friendly but they were very slow. We asked for shaving kit and ice but we have to call twice to check if the shaving kit and ice is coming. We have waited for almost 20 mins.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Pullman. The hotel is located outside Lijiang, covering a large and beautiful area, with views of the Jade Dragon snow mountain (whenever it is not covered by clouds). The accommodation is spacious and clean. Good breakfast spread. The only suggestion for improvement is that some hotel staff do not speak English.
