My family had an unexpected long weekend in Jakarta. We checked in late Friday night and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The Novotel Tangerang took care of my family. That was a big relief with all the Corona virus scare. I can not say thank you enough!

About 30 minutes drive to airport. Attached to shopping mall and cinema. Many good restaurants around. Great front liner/receptionist staff. Bed was very comfortable.

easy check in & check out, good swiming pool and children playground, spacious room (but my AC not cool, allready check but it is still not cool). good food and nice staff.

When we arrived no one assist my husband to the parking lot so he end up 1 hour looking for parking. When I checked in, the room not prepared as per request (we request for double bed rooms but we being informed it was twin bed that available), the receptionist was very helpful, he tried to change the rooms because we have 1 kid and 1 baby and not possible to sleep in twin bed. Long story short, we got double bed rooms but unfortunately when we enter one of the room, the door can't be closed. We inform to the front office and they sent handy man to fix it, the handy man said we need to slam it in order to close it.. Really dissapointed that at that time the front office not directly offer to change the room but just said that they already sent the handy man. I said its not possible to use that room. I cant slamed the door every time I need to go out and close it..if my kid or my baby is sleeping, they will be disturbed and crying. After I get angry and request for replacement, then she start to check which room was available and we got the replacement. Another problem occur when we took a bath, the shower didnt work properly. The cold button cant work, luckily the hot water not too hot so we can still use the shower with slow flow. One thing that made our day is the breakfast time, the room was very spacious and have lots of food variety. As my summary, you can give better experience to the guests if you : 1. Prepare proper parking lot and assist every hotel guests to the parking lot 2. Prepare room as per request 3. Do regular maintenance for each room and fix all the broken things (renovate the rooms) 4. Train the front desk to be more care and responsive to give solution rather than waiting the guest to ask for the solution Sorry for a long review but you are known as the biggest hotel in Tangerang, so will be good if you also offer great guest experience during the stay.. I’ve been staying in Novotel Tangerang a few times in the last years. The staff are professional, always welcoming and smiling. With regards to my last stay they even prepared a birthday surprise cake and sing happy birthday, even thou I never informed them about it. That was a nice touch. Rooms are always clean and tidy and smell fresh. Room service is great as well, being a big fan of Indonesian food, I can say that their local dishes on the menu are delicious. You guys are doing a great job! Keep it up! See you next time!

There isn't anything for extra even slipper. Also your washbasin blocked and i tried to ask for help but nobody help me.
