Great staff, good location. Small room, ripped sheets, dirty bathroom, bad choice of meals for breakfast. All in all, I expected much more since I used Ibis on different locations in past.

I was there for business trip, rooms are small it's good for 1 person and not for 2. Food was not good but after complaining it was nice. Staff's were helpful and on single call they were there. Overall experience was quite good. Happy to stay at IBIS Pune Hinjewadi.

Horrible hospitality they dont know how to treat silver member or guest i will never suggest this hotel to anyone nobody was bothered about my worry it is surprising even when i tweeted to accor they were not bothered to check what happened .

Checkin Process was simplified. Its well located between highway and my office (Capgemini). Courteous staff and hasselfree stay. Only 1 concern: I had asked for a softcopy of my bill to be emailed to me on my office email address (Sh…). I'm still awaiting the same.

Good points - Room and bathroom was neat, spacious and equipped with necessary stuffs (furniture, fridge, cupboard, towels, water and tea coffee etc.). Morning breakfast buffet was good. Location is close to offices in Hinjewadi. Area of improvements - 1) Turnaround time after placing an order in the restaurant (it took almost 1 hour to reach food on table after ordering for dinner) 2) Pick and drop service to and from office during peak hours (IBIS couldn't arrange me the pickup cab from my office at Hinjewadi phase 3 to hotel on 23-Jan evening 6:30 PM even after informing 30 minutes prior due to rush hour which could have impacted my flight later at night. Pickup and drop to office was part of my corporate booking.)

We stayed for 2 days in Ibis hotel, Hinjewadi, Pune. The hotel is walkable distance from Rajiv Gandhi Tech park. Staff were very good and took good care of us. Rooms are also very clean and well maintained.

The Kitchen department is poorly managed, you order and wait. The team just keep delegating the task to other. i have requested for bread toast and 2 time thee bread had become black, they just use to drop the bread and forget it. Finally i myself had to go and get it for myself. The poha's were cold severed and not tested well. Overall the food is messed up, no taste at all
