The stay was good and the property is located at a good location. However, I had specifically asked for a smoking room and I was told that there aren't any smoking rooms. The staff was blunt and borderline discourteous. I would not stay at IBIS Hinjewadi again.

Rooms are comfortable but the services are poor. There were no basic amenities in room , the staff is soo Direct to say no when asked for things. The food is overpriced compared to the taste overall will be no be choosing or suggesting it to anyone ever.

Horrible food menu and services

No starters for dinner, confirmed by staff. Refused to deliver ice and glass to room, asked me to so it myself. AC was off despite several requests during dinner and evening tea. Most food items during buffet dinner were over and had to be requested and waited for. No valet parking or baggage delivery to room. Guests were allowed to dine in trunks and boxer shorts!

Infrastructure wise good, but service is very bad, service provider has their own attitude for no reason.

I have been staying here regularly for the past few months. Every Stay has been handled very well by the whole team. Covid Protocols are well followed, Cleanliness & Hygiene is well maintained and staff members are courteous & helpful. Particular Mention must be made of Mr Vijith from Front Office, Mr Sanju & Mr Sanjay from IRD and Mr Rahul from Housekeeping. Thanks to these people, my stays have always been very pleasant.

The room was a’no frills’ room but definitely comfortable. Sanitary protocols were followed and there were hand sanitisers wherever required. Only grouse was, there was no newspaper either in the reception lobby or in the restaurant in the morning.

Safe and Hygienic stay

I was travelling with my spouse and a kid of 9 years. During this pandemic I was worried about the safety and health of my family. When we reached IBIS Hinjewadi all my worries were gone. on arrival Luggage was sanitized, temperature was measured and social distance was followed. Most of the things were. tried to be done contact less. Like contact less payment, contact less order of food through scan. Rooms were clean , lenin were clean. At the reception segrigation was made by having seprate box for used and sanitized pen/ room cards etc. restaurant was also maintaining good hygiene and social distance. The only thing is the limitation of food choice due to low level of occupancy. But the the stay was excellent and peace of mind.
