The room was clean and the price was good. But, we have faced with technical problems that disturbed us and make our stay unsatisfactory. Air conditioning system and the locker was not working properly. We have set the temperature to 21 degrees C, but automatic conditioning system has never reduced the temperature. There was no iron and iron table in the room. The locker was too small. Besides, when I locked my valuable things in it, I couldn't open it with the password I locked. I was told by the technical personnel later on that, I had to reset the locker before I lock.

A clean hotel. Staff are very helpful. It is not very suitable for long stays, but it is an ideal hotel for relaxation.Internet connection was slow, except that we were very pleased with the hotel.

As I had booked the room as a Turkish Airlines staff for a discounted price, I received the minimum service that I didn’t expect. I wish you had told me before so that I could decide which hotel to book. There was no request consideration for us such as bringing water to the room, no room service for which our next door room had their dinner dishes at the door. I requested smaller pillows, they didn’t provide. I’d say, it did not meet my expectations as I had been in many other hotels even discounted one in many countries even in Accord Groups.

All staff are okay, kind, positive. Room is as expected. But dinner menu was horrible for me. I stayed four days and my company paid my dinners in advance. Every item in menu is from frozen food. Next time at fair time, i will propose my company to choose an other hotel not Ibis..

the receptionist is one of the stupidest worker or reception have ever met in my life.i booked the hotel online, came to the hotel with bags he didn't even welcome or neither does he care well thats fine.. he asked for my id i gave him he asked for the money i gave him , then he said he told me you booked a single or double i guess you could see what i booked from my reservation i said to myself but well i answered i said double, then he told me where is the second person i said she will come but not here yet he told me he needs the second person id to complete the booking i said she will give that when she arrive , he told me no he needs it now i said i dont have it i told me give me the name then, i gave him, then he told me to sit and wait until that person comes i laughed and told him but i have paid for the room and all , then i said what if the person never show up... he then was confused and said you can go to the room.. hahahaha, he said the elevator is at the back of the tv , i said please can you just lead me to the room or atleast the elevator its my first time here...in the room it was too hot we called to ask how to regulate the air conditioner , the reply was just turn it off ....hahaha i think this place is a motel not a hotel.
