Best Stay Ever in an IBIS Budget Hotel

Ibis is a budget hotel brand. This hotel delivered exactly that in terms of room size and facilities. However, the way the budget experience was delivered was excellent - the room was clean, bright, everything worked including the WIFI, and the bathroom was functional. Moreover, the staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast was exceptional. As an Accor ALL Gold Member, I was welcomed with a well-presented plate of fruit and two drinks vouchers. This hotel would get my business any day of the week!

Everything is good except the towels I think time to change the new one already never see the towels in ibis that look old and dark I have to use my own towel

This time it was pleasent to go to breakfast and not find it totally crowded out and virtually nothing left as it was the last few stays we had before covid. A few little things appeared to be missing in the rooms such as laundry lists etc.

Fairly satisfied the overall environment except some smell in the restroom. It would be come from the drain. Not sure special request is looked over. Also, there is the line of guest waiting at reception, as peak S. of travel is resume.
