Breakfast and location are the highlights. Business trip is to Megallan so works put perfectly. Reception staff are polite and wanting to practise english. However, food options for vegetarians outside breakfast is minimal to zero. Housekeeping isnt very good, not detailed on the cleaning. Left window open, no laundry bags. Did not pick up my laundry during room cleaning.

Wearing masks was only true for your personal but not the guests. One person in the elevator was only written one the sign but mostly there were 2 or 3 additional ones in the lift. Breakfast, vegetables only one kind, everyday different, but it was mostly over cooked. All other thing where everyday the same :-( I was asking your reception for help to get a Covid-19 Test needed to go back to Germany, but the first took to long and costs RUB 1800, the second wasn't available at 2:30 in the morning and cost RUB 2800 + 600 for the taxi. I had to do third test at the airport for RUB 3500.

According to the information from the front desk staff, when you came for the first time, you did not say that the test needed to be done very urgently, so they just told you the nearest office for your convenience. When you said that the test was urgently needed, they really tried to help you, found an office that did the test quickly and ordered a taxi for you. We are very sorry that further you had problems with entering the personal account of the clinic, but we are not responsible for the medical clinic, we were just trying to help you. After your departure our employee called this clinic, found out that they gave you the wrong password, entered your personal account and sent you a photo of the test. We are very sorry that you encountered any inconvenience, but we, as a hotel, do not provide a test-taking service, we could only try to help you. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. All nicely organized, but 1. Room service food, I was not able to download the menu from online resource. 2. Option for extension was not provided, being silver level, I would have expected this resolved. I guess duty managers never got involved or engaged. I would say thanks to front desk lady the night before the check out date, who did notice that I have Accor silver and provided late check out till 6 pm.

I've been in Mercure Tyumen Center many times before, but this time very disappointed me: room's windows was oriented on backyard with noisy kitchen hood (I guess?)

The hotel is perfectly located in a few steps from Magellan shopping/business centre and a block away from Stolypin business centre. Rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean and well-equipped. These comfy beds and heavenly soft pillows will force you to sleep like a baby! A/c didn't work so it was stuffy in a room. Overpriced breakfast - there are lots of nearby options to consider.

In overhaul im satisfy with stay. Few moment didnt let me feel myself fully satisfied: when i open room where is a unpleasant smell like expired eggs. I try to open window and remove smell. Hour later i close window, leave hotel and on reception pass information about smell to administrator. She said cleaning lady will check and help. When i return late evening to my room, window was opened and it was very cold in the room (it was -22C outside). When i call to administrator and said what its very cold in the room i was told whats nothing can be done. I dont think cleaning lady have right to left window in my room opened and let cold from outside go ti the room. Even few next days with heater turned to maximum it was very cold in my room. i ask for bathrobe but it didnt help a lot.

The staff and rooms are amazing, especially the bartender Anastasia. Very new, clean hotel, strategically located in the heart of the city next to a huge shopping mall and a lot of places to dine out.

Very comfortable stay however it was short (one night only). This is the second time I stay at the Mercure Tyumen Center and second time I experienced high quality of the service including very friendly staff, comfortable room and very good breakfast with the wide variety of food choice.

Dear sirs, Accor hotels are really very good. But this time I had 2 issues. The 1st one is connected with pillows. There are decorative pillows in the rooms. The pillow cases on the decorative pillows are not changed every day. But please explain me why they are always put on clean white pillow cases? It is really not hygienic. It was not pleasant to lay after that on the pillows. And one more thing - the hotel is not very old, but the tile is covered with lime scale in the bathroom. Lime scale can be easily removed with special cleaning fluids

It was a total unsuccessful accomondation. There was a fire detector failure and the detector peeped randomly the whole night. I wasn't able to sleep at all. At that time i didn't find out what was the source of a sound. Next Morning I changed the room, but next room was so hot that I was forced to sleep a window open. There was very noisy street under the window. I complained at reception about the temeprature, but they did nothing, but advising to open a window.
