« Excellent accommodation and staff very friendly »

Hi - On checking in we arrived very early due to travelling from Gold Coast. We didn't expect to get in until normal check in time but the lady on the desk found us a room and waived the early entry fee. This enabled us to get dressed in our room prior to heading out for our function. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to the bar staff in the Catalina bar. They went above and beyond to make our stay more memorable. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We checked in around 8pm. Being tired from our flight, we found no bottle water in the room and decided to buy some from the nearby supermarket. On the way out, we told the receptionist the wifi in our room is not working. After shopping, we went back to the room, wifi still not working. However, we are able to connect in the hotel lobby. We alerted the housekeeping again who transfer our call to 3rd party internet provide who promise to check and revert. When nobody call back at 10pm, we went to the receptionist and the manager told us all they can do for us its change the room. imagine the hassle we went thru at 11pm to change a room. The next day, we tried to take the skybus to the airport and the duty manager told us it will come at 930am. However, the coach actually left at 900am and next bus will be 30 min later. when confronted, she explained the bus is not run by them and if they change the timing, she wouldnt know but didnt apologise for the hassle she has caused us. Buffet breakfast is average, nothing fanciful or looking forward to.

Everything is perfect, only one thing as one of the locals I would need is, the explanation of using the keycard on the lifter and the phone, especially for the locals.

Although it was a very brief overnight stay the room was very spacious and well furnished and decorated. The complimentary fruit was appreciated and also the wine, but were too late to drink it. The staff were friendly on check in and out and helpful with airport transfer.

Albeit only an overnight stay for business purposes, the room and hotel facilities were clean, tidy and in good repair. The services was a bit of a standout as all the staff went out of their way to be helpful courtious and attentive. Would recommend the Novotel Brisbane Airport and will definitly stay again.

Loved how friendly yet professional all the staff we encountered were. Everyone addressed me by my name everytime which makes a huge difference. Staff suggested ways of saving money and deals happening at the DFO great local knowledge. We'll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our 2 nights here. We enjoyed the pool and it's within walking distance to DFO. Our rooms were extra clean thanks to our house keeping. From the reception to the concierge to whoever answers the phone, the pool staff.. we loved it and defiantly will be back.

« Somewhat disappointing for the price »

There was a long wait in the dining room even though we were second in people all around us were served before us. The filet mignon was very good. Front desk and bell staff very friendly and helpful. Room 205 washroom had no space to put toiletries. You had to be partially in the closet to use the full length mirror
