« HORRIBLE »

This hotel was incredibly DIRTY! We had to clean our feet before getting into bed just from walking around the room! The sheets were ripped, the shutters falling off hinges! The staff were extremely unfriendly and NOT helpful! Worst hotel experience we have ever had--anywhere in the world!!

« Stop over before my flight »

Hotel room is smaller than I expected but overall clean and comfortable. The pillow is too high to me and maybe pillow select option will be good. Food at restaurant I tasty and the waiters and cook are friendly. Swimming pool is too small for such a big hotel. Overall OK for 1 night.

Used Novotel Manado as a place to return between different parts of our travels in this part of Indonesia, each time we received a warm welcome and it felt like coming home. Friendly faces, good food and comfortable beds. Staff were always on hand to assist. Thanks so much.

« Bit dissapointed »

I was in Novotel Manado for 2 nights. The first night, on the first room, there was leaked on the shower that it wetted the bathroom floor. Got the replacement room the next day. However, the room door was bit harder to closed bcos there was a problem at the door hinges.

the room is very clean and fragrant, what i love the most is the water dispenser in the room its really refreshing to know that I can work and relax at the same time but also help saving the environment. feont desk staffs are really helpful and the breakfast staffs too.. overall.. excellent.

The hotel rooms were decently nice overall. The rooms were noticeably worn, but not terrible. Daily housecleaning was intolerable. They would take room keys from rooms. Remove toilet paper and towels without replacing them. Change A/C settings. Laundry service chose terrible times to deliver laundry and made little effort to deliver if occupants weren't available the first time. Front desk staff was excellent. The restaurant was average. Breakfast was the highlight. Dinner choices were often out of stock.

We have had a wonderfull stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly. Roomservice and housekeeping was okay. The breakfast was extraordinary, especially the breakfast team behind the egg unit. Two names I know, Anita and Ari.

« Perfect place and view but dirty »

I really love the view and the place, really quiet and peacefull place. But what I didn’t like because the hotel room and breakfast pretty dirty. Dust everywhere, the floor already change colour, the wall paint too, the bathtub colour, the spoon and glass still dirty. My door room also broken and hard to close. The room service and bell boy also really slow.

The hotel, although not that old, could have been kept in better condition. The room and bath towels were dirty. There was a fly in my room that never left during my 5 days stay. My top priority is that the room is clean but it wasn't.

« Below expectation. »

Service throughout is slow and at times sloppy. Staff are friendly but don't appear to be efficient. Room cleaning staff lacks initiative e.g. toilet roll almost exhausted but not replaced and I had to call and wait for a new roll. Breakfast was chaotic during peak time because of uncleared tables - needs to be more organised so that guests don't have to walk about hunting for an unoccupied seat. I was fortunate to have a room at level 3 as my colleagues in levels 1 and 2 had weak wireless connectivity.

We was happy during staying at the hotel. Such a beatifull landscape surrounding the structure and homy & comfortable cabin were leads to perfect sleeps. Accumulated with assorted food & beverages during breakfast makes us can not chewing and enjoying the meals.
