Good Rooms, Not so Good Staff

Had Booked a Room for 2 just for the day, The Safety measures were very good, Had Booked a Twin Bed but the receptionist was kind enough to provide us Queen Size Bed, The Rooms were good, Bathroom is very compact but not bad, the comfort is nice but the sound travels across the room so its not much private. The bad part was at our checkout when they started to give us a reminder call an hour before our checkout time. Also when we went to check out we were 30-35 mins late and they were very rude and demanded additional charges for being late. I did not expect this, later after requesting a lot they waved the charges off but i would not be visiting them again, there are a lot more better places with same or better facilities in and around the hotel.

Too costly for the service provided

The front desk is helpful but the security guard at the front gate is very rude. Cleaning was not done properly, as there was lot of dust in the sofa. Also for the buffet dinner and buffet breakfast the menu was very less. Also, need to wait for all the dishes that needs to be refilled. The staff for restaurant is very less.

Internet speed on WiFi was turtle. Ordered tea through bar code menu.. never came.. seems internet was down.. Ordered paid slippers of 60 Rs, never came.. Second day post return in noon when housekeeping had cleaned.. no towels in room.. had to request twice to get one. Think Ibis Nashik is short staffed

Very bad .lift not working. Employees don't know where the staircase is. Waited for more than half an hour. Employees not ready for emergencies. No training to employees.horrible experience. I have shared more details with accor main website.

This stay of ours was a total disappointment and I am not sure how I will be compensated. From lack of promptness in service to non handover of connecting room keys to poor quality of hand and bath towels, non availability of soaps and shampoos in bathrooms everything had to be highlighted multiple times. Except for meals at Spice it, rest of all the experience is less than average. Surprising element was baggage self service, totally sad for people who are staying with handicapped parents like I did. I am not sure I am not recommending this place to anyone ever again.

Hotel IBIS located well connected place. However the property is a just above the budget hotels and well below a luxury stay. No valet parking, breakfast spread is very narrow. The worst part is the bathrooms. No exhaust fan in the washrooms and claustrophobic. So for a quick stay, yes you may like it but don't expect a hint of luxury. Food is good quality especially the buffet. The restaurant sitting chairs also no cushion or tablecloths. Not made for stay during any special occasion

we had to go to Trimbakeshwar for Pooja and it is very well located. The food was exceptional as we'd restrictions on not eating Onion and Garlic and Deepak and his team took special care of us. Also, Ramesh took special care of my mom as she got lost but he patiently took care of her.

Excellent stay…. I traveled with my family and initially were worried considering covid-19 situation. However, it was very safe experience right from the gate at the entrance. The security guard (Sadhana) welcomed us with a big smile. She explained all COVID related care hotel is taking. They measured our body temperature, sanitised our hands and also our luggage. You can find sanitizers everywhere…. at the lobby, outside lift, on each floor etc. the rooms are cleaned regularly. At breakfast buffet also you need to request your food to the staff and they bring it to your table with a big smile. They try to avoid touch points so that infection can be avoided. Staff is always smiling and very cooperative. Overall fantastic experience:-)

Good Service at affordable rate . Good breakfast spread you get. Quality Hospitality personal behaviour of all management staff was truly good. Cleanliness was observed , room were well maintained. Only thing is washroom/restroom are too compact. The service and food was amazing. The property was beautiful. The stay was welcoming.Over all it was an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend everyone to experience a stay.

I was expecting a shorter time for checking in to the hotel. I have to wait for more than 30 minutes in my last visit. They should have priority check-in for members..... Rest all is fine as expected from IBIS. Vairaty of desert must be increased.

Decent rooms, but small bathrooms. Check in was hassle free. Quality of food was poor to say the least. Even the toiletries and bathroom linen was nowhere near what's expected from a star hotel. The staff was helpful and prompt which was the saving grace!
