Worn out room facing building site, that I was not informed about. Three horrible nights with wind moving stuff and 6am starts work. Restaurant is horrible, looks like railway station restaurant and service is at the same level. No room service menu in the room, not even a bottle of complimentary water. The personnel didn’t exchange towels, only rolled my used towel, that they looked like fresh. Very limited English language skills (so definitely not a hotel for foreigners, but my Brazilian colleagues were also shocked by the hotel condition and service. Never again

Bedsheets were old and with older stains - hotel very “bare” no decoration - beds quite soft (probably old) - breakfast worse than Ibis in Europe - eggs very badly cooked - coffee weak - breakfast room not decorated - 2 days later have not received a reimbursement that is due not the bill nor the all points
