« Nice and comfortable »

It was good and the staff is nice. It would be good if the bar could charge directly to the room without the need to do it through the front desk or asking for cash, this could be an issue if you don’t have any bills in your wallet at the moment. The ac in the room was not properly located and you could feel hot most of the time for that reason.

I stayed for 6 nights at Ibis Hotel and everything was great. Location is awesome. You are just in central business district and not far from Calle 10 to party. Staying here you will get your moneys worth or more with the kind of service they provide. My only suggestion is that to add a trash bin in the room not just in the bathroom. Everybody was just so polite and nice despite I hardly speak Spanish. They go out of their way to help you. I wanna give a shoutout to your night staff Carlos, Ana and the guard who are very helpful and so attentive.

Overall a great experience at the hotel. Awesome location and staff. Room size or distribution must improve. At least have room to separate the beds comfortably and move around some more.
