I had a preceeding good experience. This time I found the Stairs durty, When I came back in the evening, around Midnight, door was closed, we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to open. Room was small and 3 singles for me alone.

Good hotel for a short stay. Room are good, quiet, beds are good. Bathroom needs some renovations, start to be a bit “old”. Breakfast room is really the “worst”, no light, not enjoyable for a morning.

Unforgettable pain au chocolat for breakfast, presence of Migros and Mc Donald are just a walk away, well located only few buses away from Geneva and helpful staffs

If only there would be sound proof for the room so I didn't have to wake up every time someone's passing the door or opening the window/door... Does the air conditioning work only on few times in a day or was it just unfortunate for where I stayed ?

Rooms were fine and clean, staff was friendly. However, the breakfast room was really overcrowded, online check-in had some hickups (received a confirmation for first attempt two days after our stay. First attempt to book failed without any notification, probably because I used my wife's credit card (with validation) but didn't make the reservation on her name. So, mainly room for improvement on the corporate IT level ..

It is a 3-star budget hotel, modest but clean, excellent location close to Genève, friendly staff and excellent surrounding (beautiful swimming pool, gym, huge shopping mall with grocery shop and restaurants).

I love the place. The best is the free tickets to the Vitam. Rooms are comfortable and the view is nice to the Saleve or to the Jura. Breakfast is OK even if the coffee could improve.

Conveniently located hotel, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was fine, we had a family room which was spacious. Only downturns, smell inside elevator was horrible, also some bathroom odors (room 327)

Was for for first night after we landed, great location 15 minutes drive from Geneva airport. Reservations was nice and quick and with a smile even we came early. Room for family was great. Connected doors. Coffee and tea with croissants for free. And the best thing is a free tickets to the next door water park!

Simple yet elegant hotel, conveniently located and great for family with kids - the waterpark and game zone (Vitam Ludic) are awesome! The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is basic but clean, Wifi is quite good, however you have to re-connect each time you leave and come back to the hotel. basic but good breakfast. Overall - very recommended and great value for money!

Do not use this hotel if you need internet access from a laptop computer

Kenneth S Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

This hotel shares the Wi-Fi system of the Vitam Lesure Complex. This Wi-Fi system appears to be designed only for mobile devices like phones and tablets. It does not appear to be completely compatible with laptop computers. I tried using IE-11, Chrome and Firefox, all with unsatisfsctory results. I was bombarded with error messages, Googlemail did not recognise my computer, and made me log in with 2 step verification, even though 2 step was not supposed to be necessary for this computer, then after I got into my e-mail, there was an e-mail from Google, advising of a successful log-in from a TABLET. Chrome denied me access to secure websites on the grounds that "the connection was not private". It was an absolute nightmare. The hotel needs to get its own ISP; preferably wi-first.fr which is what Accor Hotels normally use. Ibis Styles normally provdes free tea and coffee making facilities in reception. Unfortunaytely at this particular hotel, some manager who enjoys playing God, has incorrectly determined that all hotel customers enjoy decaffeinated coffee. As a result there was no regular coffee, which really irritated me. I think that this hotel had 2 English language TV news channels, which in my opinion is inadequate. I would have liked CNBC, which they did not have. The rooms are a good size, and have nice views. Unfortunately, there is not much space to put things. There is virtually no shelf space, and the wardrobe space is woefully inadequate. In addition, because of lack of depth, the clothes rail is mounted so that it sticks out at right angles to the wall, which is very inconvenient. Some rooms have adequate desk-work space, whilst others do not. I rejected the first room they gave me. Although the desk is not very deep, the window ledge behind it provides additional space, but any objects you put in this space will interfere with the curtains. Breakfast was included in the room rate. One useful feature is that although breakfast is not officially open until 0630h, it is actually ready much earlier, so if you are feeling peckish when you get back in at around 0430h, you can help yourself to whatever is available. You can even take the food up to your room. The staff were very helpful, but they had no answer for my Wi-Fi problems. One other negative: The hotel shares the car park of the Vitam Leisure Centre which is also shared by the Migros shopping complex. You might have to park a long way from the hotel if you return in the afternoon.

i asked for a quiet room and was given room 319 which is very close to a supermarket and fast food shop also the motor bikers on top of that the room smelled of stale air because the bath room windows do not open no storage / hanging space no fridge and in 2017 wifi was no better than dial up (also had to log in 2 or 3 times a day)

Reception said they knew but wasn't planned to update till 2016 when I complained Also no way to shut off bathroom area and so light comes in to bedroom in the early morning Honestly the worst condition room I have ever seen (walls, skirting boards, carpet). I even walked on towels to avoid the carpet

Excellent value if you've kids, instead of a sofa bed but you got a connecting room at the nearly the same price. Good size modern clean room, missing a table or work top, each room got a shower, toilet & TV inside. Breakfast included, fair choice but good quality of food & real fresh squeeze orange juice machine. The first time I ever see this in the budget hotel! There's a special discount / promotion together with next door Vitam Park. Add extra value into what you pay, however, if I don't see the brochure somewhere else & I don't go & ask the reception for this voucher, I wouldn't have this free entrance voucher! If they do better on this, I'm sure this hotel will attract more family during the weekend.
