Absolutely disgusting Stay at Hotel

We checked in at the Hotel 3rd March 2020 we went to our room and ordered room service Pizza and Beefburger and chips when they arrived they were cold one set of cutlery and one napkin also when they delivered the food the panel by the door came apart showing electric wiring which was quite shocking. My partner went to reception to complain it was taking to long I went to open the door and the panel fell on to my head I went to reception and told them and they did not even ask me if I was ok they moved us next door ordered room service again and the food was cold and the ketchup seal was broken opened to see white stuff in the ketchup crazy so basically we went to bed hungry middle of the night there was loud dripping noise we eventually found the noise it was the shower head it was dripping we had to put all the towels in the bath to dampen the noise. When we checked out a lady said to us, she had the same problem. We rang the Hotel spoke to Manager she was really rude to us. Terrible service

I was expecting a room with a bath. I have vertigo and difficulty standing in a shower. There was a 'welcome card' with another person's name on it in the room

Check in / check out is always an easy, stress free and welcoming experience whenever I stay. The rooms are always nice, spacious, clean and well equipped. The breakfast is not great - especially from a hot food point of view. The bar service is very poor though. Every time I stay, no matter where I sit in the bar I am ignored by the waiting staff - it is like being invisible. Every time I end up having to go up to the bar to order - at which point I am told to take a seat as they come to me!

These days I normally stay at the Pullman. It is close to the Eurostar, the rooms are comfortable and quiet. It is also near the metro and tram stops.
