Hotel muy cómodo, personal de recepción muy amable. Parking suficiente. Muy cerca del acceso a la A2 por lo que se gana tiempo en la salida de Madrid. El único pero sería que está a 2km del centro de Alcalá, pero con eso ya contaba y además facilita el estacionamiento. Tiene al lado dos grandes supermercados.

Elevator didn't work and had to haul our suitcases downstairs Not fridge on the room and not even an ice machine for cold water. Staff was not friendly

Quel dommage qu'il n'offre pas un vrai restaurant ! Heureusement il y a un petit bar avec des en-cas surgelés disponibles et le personnel nous les prépare avec gentillesse (mais le choix n'est pas grand).
