Staff is extreamly helpful, especially Ane and other girls. Thank you for the room upgrate as well. Nice housekeeping as well. But the breakfest was too bed, seriously. All other things quite nice.

« Nice Hotel in Linyi »

I visit Linyi every year for Business and always stay at The Pullman Hotel. It is very comfortable, clean and quiet with a very good breakfast buffet with lots of Western and Chinese options. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable especially Jane in Management. She is a huge asset for the hotel. The Pullman made my 5 days in Linyi very pleasant and productive.

First It’s my first time to choose to stay at one Accor hotel. It’s totally different from other brand especially Pullman Linyi. Best service at reception, spacious room, good conditions and upkeep. Many selections for breakfast. I will recommend this good to my colleagues and friends.

Please look in to this and make sure this is not repeated again. Staff has poor knowledge of english . Odour from food in restaurant is not good specially in evening . Please add few vegetarian option .

It is always nice to come to hotel where people remember you and are very hospitable. I have stayed numerous time over the past years. During this stay, Jerry in the Chinese restaurant, Juliette at the front desk and the chamber maid working 1308 were the highlights of the trip...well done! I would recommend that your maintenance staff look at the shower area and the accumlated mold in the white caulk.

Swift and friendly check in, great room (#1216) and layout, but very smelly toilet. Amazing comfortable bed and vast breakfast selection. Very friendly staff from check in, lobby lounge and breakfast area.

The room (upgrade) was excellent. Upon arrival and throughout my stay, Ms Sara took care of me and was attentive to my needs. One issue with laundry was handled with professionalism and resolved beyond my expectation. The hotel was busy, but any request has handled with making me feel my needs were important to the hotel and making my stay a pleasure - well done to all staff. (Sara in particular)

« Good but ...... »

Generally the stay was good except: 1. On the first night, I used one bath towel, next morning I left the used towel in the rattan basket. Towel was removed but not replenished. 2. I also used the shower gel, on the first evening the following morning, probably less than 1/4 left. On the second evening when I went for a shower, I noticed the shower gel was not replenished. 3. Some odor coming from the aisle way carpet. But better than previous stay. Perhaps cooler temperature (autumn) helped.
