We stayed here for 3 nights- staff friendly but disorganized-

Great staff and breakfast. Room way too small for the rate. Not even space to bring a large luggage in.

All the employees were friendly except for the lady at reception at breakfast time. When you marginally ask for a room number for your room with breakfast own record, try then to address the guests by its name at least once The room was ridiculously tiny. Very uncomfortable and impossible to move around especially if you bring a luggage in. There is a luggage rack but not even enough space to unfold it anywhere in the room.

Pleasant stay with 2 kids. Beds were comfortable in a quiet room. Bathroom had unfortunately no windows and poor air extraction, so humidity feeling. Kids enjoyed free games & dedicated play room. Rich breakfast & nice employees.

Restaurant closed for evening meals but no mention of that on the Accor App or on the hotel website. An alternative venue was indicated by staff with a 10% discount voucher. The food was very poor quality, even a McDonald's outlet would have been better! 100% discount on the food would not have been good enough to overcome the disappointment and dissatisfaction .

Old-fashioned hotel, bad room lighting & especially the crappy bathroom. Reservation of a two-bed room, but only gave one-bed double at the finish, too late for change. Accustomed to the Ibis Style Hotel, it really needs an upgrade to the group Accor standards Hôtel vieillot, éclairage de la chambre & surtout la salle de bain minable. Réservation d’une chambre à deux lits, hôtel complet un seul grand lit imposé. Buffet with very limited choice, sour & hard butter croissants. Habitué aux Hôtel Ibis Style, celui-ci a vraiment besoin d’une remise à niveau pour se rehausser aux standard Accor.

Very well situated it has now a restaurant next door. The room is good as well as the bath room which needs maybe some refurbishing The personnel is very kind and helpfull. We will be back some time in the future

Hotel has a good location.car park too small now that the new restaurant is there.The restaurant is a definite added benefit.Staff very helpful and pleasant.

jThe Hotel staff were very welcoming - which was must appreciated on our arrival at midnight! The room was clean and quiet even with the main road outside. The breakfast was plentiful and a good variety. Check-in and out were speedy.

We were very disappointed to find that the excellent restaurant in the hotel had been closed and replaced by a Courtepaille, serving the same synthetic flavoured, boring menu in the same soulless atmosphere as all the other hundreds of identical establishments throughout the country. The disappointment was compounded by the fact that we had spent the previous night in another Ibis hotel,in the north, which had also had its restaurant taken over by the same company. Has it not occurred to the Accor group that people might find it rather tiresome eating from the same bland menu at each of their hotels as they travel through France. Needless to say, we shall reluctantly not be staying at this hotel again.

The address on our booking form was used in our SatNav which resulted in us failing to find the hotel. Eventually we visited the train station to be told that the correct address was 3 Rue Armand Sourie. When we eventually arrived at the hotel tired and hungry we were told that the error was known! Unbelievable. Having always used Campanile in the past, our first experience of Ibis was very poor.
