The hotel room temperature is much colder inside than the hallway, there's no heater for the air conditioner system. But the front desk was able to provide a small heater....barely able provide some heat with 1 meter around it.

As always - being a regular guest everything from Checking in to check out with personal preference goes smoothly. Wit happy and ready to help staff it is a great pleasure to come back to Pullman Hotel. I look forward to my stay. Wendy, Manager of housekeeping is extremely helpful and the room will be equipped with all special items I require for my stay without asking for it. The welcome flower arrangement is heartful - feels like welcomed in your family. I would further recommend following people: Louis at Urban spoon, Howard, Watsonz and off course David - manager of the food area is extremely mindful to ensure my preference is met. Also Andy at AT8 was pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend Aaron - assistant manager front office - great in spoken English - extremely efficient in dealing with reservation - and he is one of the reason I book directly with the hotel - to ensure I get the best service and price.

Modern Hotel with good rooms

Overall, it was a nice stay. The hotel is fairly new, clean and morden. There are a couple of issues I had - 1. The WIFI speed is very bad - if you intend to rely on this - you are going to be in trouble. I had to use my phone as the hot spot at times. 2. Cleaner mistakenly add a Evian Water bottle to my room charge when I had never touched it. The soon to be launched railway line linking Shenzhen and Guangzhou airports is right next to the hotel, so I guess this will make this hotel a nice choice for those who come from the airports. The surrounding is kind of low end, but nevertheless this possibly makes the hotel a little cheaper than other 5 star hotels.

Smiling and friendly people eager to help. If you have little language problem just use WeChat and it will be resolved instantly. Aaron is the greatest asset of this hotel in from office - efficient - well in spoken English, friendly - always helpful with a smiling face. As soon as you enter the room you will feel Wendy's welcoming arrangement (Only if you are a frequent traveler) - wonderful and helpful. If you want room service call Louis to take your order - speaks English as well as York. If you are eating at Urban Restaurant of the hotel - for communication always ask for Stella. Another name at Restaurant to mention is Howard.
