1. When we go to the room, there is anniversary welcoming. Which is we aren't in any anniversary. 2. We think the bed hasn't changed for a long time, because we found ourself itching in the night, and we found bug in the bed. The next day we already inform the staff to change the sheet and bedcover. We understand though that maybe the hotel short on staff and it's a long Holiday.

Nice hotel in a great location, but sadly the room and bathroom were dirty and not well maintained. The carpet worn and dirty. I would stay here again because of the great location. Also the breakfast buffet was very good.

The whole experience was great. Checking in and out was a breeze. Breakfast service was great. The only setback was housekeeping: shower gel did not get refilled, they were short of towels, my room get opened with just one ring on the doorbell, saying 'sorry wrong room'.

facility 3 room 2 management 2 service 2 대체적으로 풀만호텔들은 가족휴가와는 잘 맞지 않는 것 같습니다. 아코르 맴버의 기본 혜택도 무시하는 직원으로 인해 가족 휴가를 망치게 됬습니다. 호텔 전체에 전시되어 있는 예술작품들과 식당, 수영장등 직원들의 서비스는 훌륭합니다만, 안 좋은 기억이 트라우마로 남아 두번 다시 풀만 계열 호텔은 가지 않을거 같습니다. In general, Pullman hotels do not seem to fit well with family vacations. A family vacation was ruined by an employee ignoring the basic benefits of an Accor member. The works of art displayed throughout the hotel, the restaurant, the swimming pool, etc. The staff's service is excellent, but the bad memories remain as traumatic and I don't think I will go to a Pullman-affiliated hotel again.

This was not my first time staying here. The previous experience was much better. Started with too crowded check in and make waiting too long. Even the check in staff (Wira) was quite good service. The room in fact is not so bad. But once we experienced the automatic door lock did not working and the shower switcher button broken, then those really changed our experience in the room. The hand towel also missing in Day 2-4 with never be replaced. Check out started with good reminder from the staff by phone. But we waited too long for the luggage service to come. Even the check out process was great and fast. Another feedback is the hotel policy not to help food package from lobby to room. If it was online food order (grab food, go food, etc) i can accept and understand. But this was food coming from my family. They deliver it in personal and drop it to concierge. But staff refused to bring this to room. Come on, you can differentiate online food driver and family delivery.

Since booking process i always request for an extra bed. And i reconfirm my request via email and whatsapp. While check in, the staff said (after a 30minutes) that all extra bed are unavailable. And i wrote a direct complain to accor international. And suddenly we were offered two extra beds in the afternoon... and a apology. Will give a full 5 star if this mishap did not happen

I am an Accorplus platinum member and stayed for 5 nights Positives: Seems like an art gallery with some wonderful pieces of art. The terrace garden, zen garden were good outdoor spaces, I personally liked. The hotel valued me as a platinum member and double upgraded to a suite room which has great views Areas of improvement: I am also a Titanium member with Marriott and stay at various 5 star hotels often and I have never seen such an impersonal experience for a loyalty member, let alone regular guests. I always mention some staff members names for their service, but there was no staff member who even smiled back at me let alone dealing with me personally. I could make out that the staff was really sad over something. I generally get early check-in but having arrived at 2 PM on the day of arrival, for some strange reason nobody clarified as to when exactly can I get my room. I finally managed to get the room at 4 30 PM after getting angry. I am quite accommodating but no personal communication made me quite upset. The room was a disappointment. For a 5 star hotel, you cannot have that dirty carpets. I understand difficult times for the hospitality industry but that dirty carpets are unacceptable. Again on service I am quite accommodating, but the service was very very bad. You ask for water, it will only come after you remind them 2 times and 45 minutes later. I asked for in-room dining menu. They said you can scan on channel 1 or channel 2. The bar code was not there. How can you not know that the bar code is not there on channel 1 and channel 2. I somehow picked up the whatsapp number of the restaurant. And after 30 minutes of messaging them, they could not share the menu. Tired and hungry, went to the nearby mall to eat food and got the menu when I was coming back. Simply pathetic Executive lounge is closed and the loyalty guest have the option of having evening drinks and snacks at the ground floor lounge. Drinks were fine but the food choices were really bad and limited to 4 bite size items and no possibility of customization. Very disappointing. Went there the first day but while at the bar counter waiting for the bar tender, saw a rat coming down the door of the kitchen door at the bar from the same place where the bar tender was getting the tray of snacks. Could not dare to go again the the lounge the next day Nobody enquired how the stay was at check-out nothing. Had planned a longer stay but preferred to cancel all stays and just move out.

Look, I understand that during this pandemic, you have to cut corners to keep your business alive. So I came to your hotel with considerably lower expectations... yet I still feel disappointed. Here's why. - When we arrived at your lobby, the temperature's high enough that we were sweating while waiting for our room. - Yes, we had to wait for our room. 45 minutes, to be exact. What is the purpose of online check in if in the end, the check in process took longer than most 3-star hotels? - The payment process was also troubled; we were promised a special rate in the email (including discounts using GarudaMiles) but at the front desk we were asked to pay considerably more. thankfully after showing the email, this problem was solved but it shows lack of coordination between Sales and the frontliner. - the amenities in the room... again, I know that you had to be as efficient as possible, but no bathrobe, no cotton buds, there's not even a laundry bag... at this point it's just sad. - pool and gym was not open, but that's understandable. - the breakfast was served in the room instead of an open buffet, which is also understandable. but the selection severely lacks, especially compared to other five-star hotel breakfast during pandemic. we asked for the breakfast to be served at 8 am, but it ended up being served at 8.30 am, and that was after we called the front desk to remind them that the breakfast was not yet served. also, the breakfast arrived mostly cold, which didn't help to its already mediocre taste. - this is just minor inconvenience but you should swap your outdated alarm-cum-iPod player with the newest one. and also the TV's remote is out of battery; it's a good thing my phone can also double as a remote. all in all; I was disappointed. there still were some positives though: - the staff is amicable and explains thoroughly what benefits we can use as we stayed at the Executive Suite - room was bigger than I thought. and it's squeaky clean. - the location is strategic as it was next to Central Park. I hope this review is helpful and Pullman can improve what is lacking in the future. I wish you all the best, but I won't be staying at any of your hotels for the time being.
