« 5 Star hotel with 3 Star experience »

Hotel was at good location. We had very high expectations staying at such a prestigious brand. As soon as we arrived we noticed that the hotel was a bit run down and old. I did not expect the room that we booked which was supposed to be one of the club rooms, right next to the car park where also big buses were disembarking or parked and could visibly see our room. I was expecting some sort of privacy. The Lanai pool was poorly maintained as it had moss at most parts of the pool. Where is the cleanliness? Where is the maintenance? We also noticed one of the Farang managers were racist in a way. He only greeted guest at the club lounge who were farang(westerners) looking in nature. If you want to be hospitable please greet everyone or don't greet at all.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times and do enjoy the environment in which it is set. However there are areas which will prevent me from staying here again. Internet constantly needs to be re logged in on each visit to computer or phone - very frustrating! Second, whilst the food and beverage is ok the quality of service clearly lacks a great deal of training. On visit to the afternoon tea all food available was labeled incorrect - I don't eat meat and took a wrap which stated fish - Pork was the food I ate! Room service really lacks English language provision and when finished ordering there is no repeat of order - only phone being put down without a thank you or a good bye. Indeed my last order I had to walk to reception and get them to do!

« Very good staff that seems like they want to help you. »

The lady running the front and back, I think her nickname was Patty??? She did a fantastic job and was engaged with her staff and the guest. The only negatives I have are, the drinks at the beach seem very expensive and the dinners up and down the beach were more entertaining and better priced.

When i checked in, the person at reception asked me to wait for some welcome drink, the person who brought the drinks saw us and took the drinks back. I had to ask her to bring it again. Is it coz im an indian, your staffs are racist and it is the worst hotel experience in my life. I dont deserve to buy any more accor plus cards. This is my first time staying at cheap hotels like yours.

we stayed a week in the hotel with 4 adults and a baby. everybody had a great time, with the staff being helpful and friendly. we had the executive rooms with the lounge acces and it was all great! also the restaurant has fantastic food!

Good thing is the hotel provide shuttle pick up truck to the city, but need to improve on punctuality. My family and other people about 3 rooms need to wait for only 1 room of 1 family who came late about 15 minutes. Better to have in room hair dry machine in such level of this hotel. I'm doubt that they put me to a low rate room as I used my Accor point of my stay. I won't go back to this hotel.
