It was good experience overall.. but didnt enjoy much in terms of allocation of rooms. In spite of knowing that it was family trip.. 2 rooms were allocated on different floors and absolutely farthest from life lobby (actually last ones). With mother along of 60+.. that distance was a bad experience to start with.

Have already given review in google. Excellent food. Well appointed rooms with very good fixtures and more importantly well maintained. Excellent bathroom with good rain shower. Comfortable bed. I had a lovely room service experience and also one of the best breakfasts the next day. Neeraj and check Vishal were outstanding.

Let me begin by saying this was one of my best experiences to stay in A 5 Star property in Delhi. Special thanks to Aabhas and Mayank Pandey who made our stay even more beautiful. The hospitality is so so amazing, the staff is extremely polite. The rooms are just killer, very well maintained hotel. Hygiene and proper sanitization was done. Id like to thank Mr Aabhas and Mr Mayank Pandey once again for giving us a comfort stay.

We stayed in the hotel on 30th Dec’20 to enjoy New Years.It’s a couple trip but it’s very unfortunate that on 31st December night we could not enjoy due to mis management of hotel management.Not even we could take our dinner properly.Because nobody intimate us for party & table bookings for the night. When I personally went there they refused book any table & nobody responded properly. And no one behave like a professional.Which is very unfortunate. Dining staff like Manis, Binay are good,well behaved. Otherwise experience is good . One thing should mention Breakfast menu was same for four days of our staying.

Poorly managed. Had very high hopes. Room was allotted to me at 7pm that too after repeated follow ups. Team was hardly concerned about guests. Secondly, since I paid for executive lounge, service to offer drinks and snacks at Pling was soooo poor that I had to wait for nearly an hour to place my order. Thereafter, it took ages for delivery. Snacks served were stone cold. Hence I did not turn up to redeem access on second day. Do check with your staff on this. Overall my stay was pathetic. I would never ever come for a staycation or recommend anyone to an Accor group property.

Pullman Hotel Aerocity has been a lovely hotel and a second home for us. We have been staying in the hotel on a periodic basis several times in a year for past few years. We enjoyed our last four New Year celebrations in this hotel only. The food at Pluck is customized to the requirement of the individual guests. We enjoy their breakfast as well as dinner. Sagar at the Executive Lounge is a very dedicated hotelier. We enjoy his hospitality whenever visiting the lounge. Mukesh at the Front Office provided nice services and needs to be appreciated. Manju, Washy, Binay and other staff at Pluck restaurant provided excellent services and looked after the guests well. All the above named hotel staff needs to be well appreciated for their great hospitality to the guests. Last but not the least Neha Kapoor must also be appreciated for her contribution as she is in command to look after the guests well.

The beds and pillows just disappointed me as they were so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep through the night. Everything was lovely. Staff is good, accommodation is lovely however the discomfort throughout the night made a bad experience.

I just spent 8 nights at Pullman aerocity , celebrated Christmas and new year 2020 , and i can say the only word ‘wonderful’ , Everything & Everyone at the property just amazing ,I made special memories , What a beautiful property , staffs , ambience , Location , environment you get to work in every day , Perfect Room , View , Business lounge , the hotel, and people all make it so very special , The room was ample size, the bed super comfy with luxe linens, the bathroom had nice fixtures, plush towels and top of the line toiletries. I had breakfasts and dinner there and the menu for both had a great selection and the prices were very, very reasonable , it is the perfect hotel at Delhi Aerocity , I just want to say have a very prosperous and successful year ahead , Happy new year 2021

While the Hotel is really well made, the service was horrid. - Rooms were not provided cups or glasses - Had to ask multiple times for the same, took a minimum of 30 minutes to service each request - Breakfast was served in a ballroom - cold, poorly prepared, underwhelming choices - Guests were not following Social Distancing protocols and some weren't even wearing masks (properly or at all) and the Hotel staff wasn't enforcing safety protocols Disappointed with the way Pullman has panned out, was previously amongst the better Hotel experiences in Delhi, now probably amongst the poor ones in this price range and category.

I had made reservations for my stay at this hotel from 23rd to 26th of this month. My experience here has been just phenomenal. I am a doctor by profession and been working really hard since march as a front line covid warrior and was not able to give time to my family. I wanted a small break with them and was very sceptical of going out and staying anywhere as I have a 1 yr old daughter with me. I always knew that I can be assured of the hygiene and the precautions taken by ACCOR. Thats why I decided to go in for pullman. The stay her has been a real stress buster and I must compliment your staff of the hotel who are really courteous and really helpful. I had celebrated my anniversary here ( 25th Dec ) and I must complement your restaurant staff. They really looked after us really well. Some names that made are stay extremely special Rohit Lohani ( shift and restaurant incharge ) Ashwani ( Housekeeping Head ) Binay ( Restaurant server ) Gaurav ( Restaurant Server ) Manish ( Restaurant Server ) I must say that every thing in the hotel was just PERFECT.... I will personally want this review to be published and I will want everyone to know that PULLMAN is absolutely safe for your kids and your loved ones.

The property is no doubt absolutely amazing a d well kept or maintained. Thr pandemic has certainly had its impact on the hospitality service and Pullman is no exception. The stay was comfortable but the services left a lot to be desired. Room service was quite pathetic as it took constant reminders for even small things like water bottles to be replaced in the room. Thr briefing on arriving at the hotel after check in was quite average and no update was given where we will be served breakfast or about the restaurants in the hotel. The executive lounge evening 6 to 8 pm entertainment at the bar on the ground floor was a poor experience. Shabby service, no floor manager, staff moving around wearing masks in a wrong manner, staff hardly visible and reminders to get snacks and drinks dominated the proceedings. Breakfast was outstanding and so was the lunch at the Farmers Basket. But overall we loved the break but I guess the pandemic has made people at the hotel rusty and senior leadership at the hotel was missing except for interventions by Neha Kapoor for which I am thankful. Hope to have a better experience and professional conduct at the executive lounge next time.

What a property! The food, luxury, restaurant options, and above all, the service was impeccable! Did have an issue with the bar staff not attending one's needs, however overall, the staff were lovely! Friendly, courteous, and super warm!

It was completely hygienic i like the room and the facilities but lighting was dull

Despite being the luxury brand of Accor, the hotel lacks the bare min hospitality that it should extend especially in such times. I had many issues. In brief, the list is as follows: 1. Time taken for checkin, despite advance information 2. Issue with housekeeping, rooms not cleaned next day 3. Issue with Ac and room not changed 4. Chaotic breakfast service on day one 5. Unfriendly checkout
