Bad!!! The staff at the restaurant told me and my colleagues that our company (Ibom Air) had paid upfront, that we are entitled to N3,000 meal and N1,500 laundry daily. We all made our orders until when we were about checking out, issues arose. You were now telling us all that we had unsettled bills, and that we all have to clear the bills. It was then you told us it was a mistake, that we still have to clear our bills. We were now to pay for your mistake. Pathetic!!!

Room was neat and had the basic amenities. The TV had good channels with variety. My only negative impression was sometimes the towels were off white in colour. It gave the impression of not being very neat. May need bleaching or taken out of the system and replaced with new towels

My stay was good, however I think the hotel needs some sort of face lift in the interiors Below are the recommendation 1. The TVs are old and should be changed 2. The rugs in the walk ways are getting old 3. Some internal furnitures needs to be changed Regards 3.

The image of the prestigious hotel was dented by the receptionists on duty. Especially the lady and a dark man but Anthony saved the day. They made guests around to believe that they reserve rooms for a fee. That was my first time of using ibis ikeja. I have been using ibis Ajao and Benin republic without issues. In my presence rooms were given out and reserve for a guest yet to arrive. I booked and made payment through hotel.ng. I waited at the reception for close to 2hours after traveling hours in the plane with my pregnant wife.

the rate i saw on line for booking was totally different from what i was given when i was about making payment and its quite sad that i have to pay #1000 for food to be brought to my room. I will not patronize you guys again neither any of my staff.

Bad, Safe in the room not working, have to call front desk for maintenance to fix safe. the bed too soft ask house keeper if he can change, he said NO, The restaurant staff not well trained, TV remote not functioning properly, expect the house keeper supervisor to check before guest check in.

I was pretty miffed to realize that no porter was available to support guests with moving luggage from the reception to their rooms. How does a person living with disability manage this? For the amount of money paid for accommodation, the least Ibis Hotel Ikeja's management can do is provide porter-related services to guests

Got there and was welcomed warmly. Apparently, my room wasn't "available" but I was checked into another which wasn't bad at all. I liked the dinner buffet but loved the breakfast buffet. When I eventually got my room on the second day, it was truly worth it. Yes, there were delays here and there but not enough to rate my stay lower than excellent. Perhaps, a swimming instructor would be a good addition though. Overall, good stay, will do this again.

I called to make a booking for myself and my kids. I agreed to the payment. When I arrived, I saw a Queen bed that can take just two people conveniently. I felt the person that took the call would have informed me that the maximum that can stay in a room is 2 or 3. I called the reception and their response was not re-assuring. I could not sleep till the following day.

I loved that the hotel was close to the airport. clean and comfy rooms. Television was acting up though. Kinda expensive for a budget hotel in my opinion. if I wasn't on a loyalty platform, I would have come but amazing hotel.
