I was embarrassed by cancellation of my reservation the last time I was to stay. Despite the fact that I informed the hotel that I’ll be arriving by 6pm cos my flight had a delay, the hotel went ahead and cancelled the reservation only for me to get there by 6pm with my family and learnt the bad news.

The hotel is okay but I will prefer improvement on the hearing if each other from different rooms.the walk or windows should be noise proof .The noise from the room next too me was disturbing and embarrassing.

I was overcharged. My reservation said $70 per night for 6 nights. At check-in I was told $650 will be frozen on my card. It wasn’t frozen - it was charged outright. At checkout I was told a correction will be made. Two weeks later I’m still waiting. Otherwise a very good experience. Ed B. 97…

« Declined satisfaction occasioned by frequent power cut on the fifth floor. »

As usual, all things in the room were ok save for the refrigerator that was not functional. However as highlighted in the title, there was serial power cut on the fifth floor probably due to overloading which thus led to tripping of the miniature fuselage or switchgear controlling the floor. Not until it was reset by a technician, all the rooms remained in darkness....

It was a nice stay for 3 nights, but the areas to improve upon are: 1) TV viewing in the room. Guests should be able to view programmes of their choice and not just what is available. 2) It is good to make profit in the business but prices should not only be competitive but also attractive. 3) The room facilities should be checked regularly and properly to ensure they function well.
