The internet service speed is about 10mbps and is not on par with the previous hotel i stayed in Westlake. The internet service provided will not be able support most video conferencing requirement and the study chair is not conducive for long hours sitting

Breakfast in the Bar area downstairs was understandable given the lack of guests Staff were very polite and obliging

Nice service of all staffs, clean and safe room and facilities in the Covid time, very good food, check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. There is only 1 minus point that WIFI connection and signal was very unstable during the whole stay. However, overall impression about the stay was very good.

I have stayed in Pullman many times for the symposium. The buffet for dinner is good; likewise the breakfast.

Friendly staff with challenging times - check in, room service (dining), breakfast all very friendly and accommodating needs. One thing, I asked cell phone charger (using few days) but hotel does not have any spare ones.

With limited manpower, all team tried their best to accommodate all guests. Breakfast buffet, they remembered my coffee type, clean up quickly etc. Also nice welcome card and clean room, nice service for me (I went to gym about 11pm and couldn't turn on light and called hotel, staff came up and help me out immediately with big smile). Also room service team were friendly and I was happy with all service!

Overall all was fantastic. Very attentive to detailed from the staff. I was disappointed by the bed. Very soft and uncomfortable. We felt rolling to the edge and we got bitten in it at night by bugs.

It was our 2nd visit to Pullman Hanoi! Weekend travel to Hanoi and Pullman Hotel Hanoi provided everything we needed! We loved the location of the hotel. The distance from our few destination was very reasonable and we saved a lot of time. Check-in & Check-out was very smooth. All staff we met were kind, friendly and always offered assistance. Room was spacious, breakfast was glamorous. Lobby Bar had good drinks and the service staff was very helpful for us to choose the drinks. We will certainly come back to Pullman Hanoi. Accor never fails to meet our expectation!!!

Not so far from Sword Lake, good room facilities, good services, comfortable & clean bed, quiet at night so easy to sleep. I like their online check in which helps make it fast at the reception. Will be back to this hotel in future.

Great hospitality in difficult times

Despite the Executive Lounge being closed during my last stay because of the consequences of Covid-19, Resident Manager Vincent Olivier and his team are still showing the same enthusiasm and hospitality that I have always been used to at the Pullman Hanoi. The Executive Lounge personnel are now familiar, friendly faces on the lobby front desk, and the restaurant staff for breakfast were wonderful. Congratulations to all at the hotel for performing so well in uncertain, difficult conditions.

Excellent Pullman in Hanoi

This is a really good hotel in Hanoi. Not in the old quarter but a shorty cheap Grab ride there. All the staff at the Executive Lounge were very attentive and resolved a couple of room problems very quickly. Restaurants provided a large scope of dishes that would suit anyone and at a reasonable price.overall a very good Hotel with great staff.
