When I arrived to check-in the time was around 06 pm, the reception they were not friendly at all, and I was waiting for some one he can take my bags to the room but unfortunately no one was there, for the room service unfortunately they are not professional for work the room not very clean spicily the bathroom, and when I was want to order a food I have to try call them to many times , and on Thursday 03 - 02 - 2022 I tried to order food but they answered they don’t have food !!! So I can't stay in the Mercure Alkhobar in next time.

الخدمة: سيئة جداً وغير متجاوبة من دخلت واجهت مشكلة بسيطة لم يتم حلها حتى خروجي من الفندق رغم كثرة المتابعة! ازعاج الغرف المجاورة لم يتم التعامل معه من قبل الطاقم وهو ما اضطررت لفعله بنفسي. النظافة: بشكل عام متوسطة، فرش ارضيات الغرف غير نظيف وكذلك النوافذ وهو ماينعكس بشكل كبير على الإطلالة. الفندق يحتاج إلى صيانة للحمامات بسبب تجمع المياه في المغاسل والخزائن كذلك. القيمة: مقابل الخدمة والجودة تعتبر مكلفة جداً. الموقع: جيد وقريب من أهم المطاعم والمقاهي والكورنيش وهو الميزة الوحيدة في الفندق. مكان النوم: متوسط ليس بالسيء ولا الجيد كذلك. الغرف: لا يوجد عزل مع الغرف المجاورة وبسبب الازعاج لم استطع النوم بشكل جيد وهو مانعكس على كامل جدولي اليومي. تجربة سيئة جداً بالنسبة لي لن أكررها ابدا مرة أخرى. Service: very bad and unresponsive. From entering, I faced a simple problem that was not resolved until I left the hotel, despite the many follow-ups! The noise of the adjoining rooms was not dealt with by the staff which I had to do myself. Cleanliness: In general, it is average, the rooms' floors are not clean, as are the windows, which is largely reflected in the view. The hotel needs maintenance for the bathrooms because of the water pooling in the sinks and cupboards as well. Value: for service and quality it is very expensive. Location: good and close to the most important restaurants, cafes and the corniche, which is the only advantage of the hotel. Sleeping place: average, neither bad nor good. Rooms: There is no isolation with the adjacent rooms and due to the noise, I could not sleep well, which reflected on my entire daily schedule. A very bad experience for me that I will never repeat again.

The degradation of the hotel is clearly visible Pros: - The room was clean although the first one they assigned was clearly smelling cigarettes - Hotel location is quite convenient (close to cafes and restaurants) - Helpful staff (somewhat): requested late check-out (until 4:00 PM) and was accepted without questions Cons: - Reception was not up to standard: had to refuse the first room (badly smelling cigarettes) to be given a room in the 8th floor - Breakfast quality was not good; the coffee was bad (they used to provide espresso/cappuccino upon request but it's not available anymore)

I stayed with the family at this hotel and had a bad experience We did not get the benefits being golden member of the Loyalty program The front office manager does not care about guests Mr. Abdullah alzied i was upset from his altitude ( behavior ) i told him am Disappointed and you will get 1 in my review at TripAdvisor he said ok to me he didn't care about the guest and Make excuses The way he talked to me was a police officer No respect for the guest Especially I am a loyal member 2nd day i request to meet the Gm Mr. Abdelaziz and he come with nice smile he is friendly and Dealing with the guest professionally he made an upgrade thanks to him I'm surprised and shocked by the poor of the reception even after i speck to GM no change the staff needs training how to deal with guest some reception staff they wake me up for check out and i aske them before for late check out am really disappointed
