My experience was amazing made super by manager Anny— I cannot thank her enough for answering all my questions, arranging for someone to take me for the NC test etc. She makes what my view of a stay in a hotel change from good to simply excellent! This is my second one week stay at the Pullman Shanghai Jing An this year. What makes it special is the exceptional human element of the service especially by the front office team led by Annie. The hotel is nice and the rooms are very comfortable -but the personalised and thoughtful service is what I’m most impressed about. This is what will bring me back to the Pullman on my next trip to Shanghai.

The other side against highway and the gym are good, pool is quite clouded, better than none. The dining in lobby was poor, will never take it again. Sometimes I got complementary fruits and soft drinks, but most times none.

As a Diamond member, the hotel showed willingness to upgrade me but the ungraded option is actually even smaller than the booked option. (CEO suite versus executive suite). The food option in the executive lounge is very limited. Overall okay experience, not impressive.

Hotel OK, but rooms but old. when I arrived bell staff were too busy talking to help with luggage. Only had buffet in restaurant no a la carte was a available although hotel hotel says it is.

Tina (Front Office Duty Manager) served me terribly. She pretended to helping me to change bed type but failed. What's worse, she made me wait about half an hour to get room key. Though she always said she was trying her best to assist me, my membership welcome drink voucher was not honored. In fact, I would like to score certain survey to ZERO. Yet considering to other FO staff especially Benjamin, Jane, Sinnie, Harley and Poyten's extraordinary and professional service, I have to fully score it. In addition, I really do appreciate efficient work and good communication skills from Jason (Hotel Duty Manager in the evening of July 4).

Friendly staff, Hotel needs a renovation, not sure when it was the last time the curtains have been washed! And when I asked for a mosquito light, the Hotel had none! No choice but to chase the mosquito down! For a Pullman and for that price, there are definitely better Accor choices in Shanghai!

The stay at Pullman Shanghai Jing An.was made the most enjoyable by the friendly and sincerely hotel associates like Jane, Poyten and Benjamin (Reception).

It is a very nice hotel with good location and convenient public transportation. Good room size which is not too big or small. Clean as expected, quite most of the time. But I found the staffs are poorly trained for hospitality: 1) there are always a few guys hanging around the gate. They never greet or goodbye guests, but chatting and laughing to themselves, which makes the hotel like running funny business. 2) Cleaning staffs would want to clean even I am in the room telling them to come back later. When I call the reception. Responded: "you could have put up "Do not disturb" "--- Okey, Thank you. I am too new to hotel to know about it... 3) The cleaning standard are quite different every day, most of the days they throw away left over shower and hair gel, toothbrush and so, it is bit not envirometntal friendly.

Shanghai is a big city. Because of that, we need to stay at strategic location. Pullman Shanghai Jing An located in near of Shanghai Railway Station, which is we can going anywhere in Shanghai very easy. And also many choice of food is available surrounded, so you don't be starving anymore.

Location of hotel is very convenient from pudong airport you can take direct bus no 5 to hotel for 25rmb . Staff is very good and always very helpful, they almost all speak English and the location is great 50m from subway station

Good hotel, although the design is a bit atypical for Pullman (looks like it was a Marriot or Hilton and then sold/rebranded. In general very friendly staff, with the exception of staff managing parking/taxis who are extremely rude.
