Had a lovely stay here and the staff were wonderful and attentive. Above all else this was the biggest positive. Food was nice, especially breakfast. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

An efficient and welcoming operation, well adjusted to the Covid 19 situation. Very clean and sanitised with a strict adherence to the rules. The staff were confident and competent in each situation and the wi-fi worked well.

We needed an overnight stay in order to attend a hospital appointment. The hotel was very quiet and the receptionist was friendly, professional and efficient. She had breakfast ready for collection on time. With COVID restrictions we had to eat in our room, but that was acceptable.

The bed was really comfortable, noticed blue spots on the bedding but nothing major to complain about. Lovely bathroom, water was very hot. Enjoyed that. When entering the room it was very cold, tried putting on the heating and it didn’t work so remained cold in the room. Tv was somewhat very small then i expected and some channels didn’t work. Breakfast layout was lovely but didn’t get the order of breakfast that was requested. Lastly, customer service was lovely; very welcoming and polite.

This is a standard Ibis conveniently located in Shepherds Bush close to both the central and circle tube lines and within fairly easy walking distance of Kensington Gardens. Rooms were only serviced on request which has also been the case in other hotels during the pandemic. There were very few guests due to the covid lock down but I did not feel neglected. There were also a number of restaurants doing take away close by and a Lidl supermarket.

This is the second time we've stayed, 5 nights in total. The staff, all of them, make us feel at home and seem genuinely happy to see us, care about how we are doing. In these difficult times the personal caring touch makes a big difference.

Hotel clean and tidy and reception welcoming . Rooms very basic for their cost . I do feel COVID is being used as an excuse to give poor service . Towels limp and grey . I had to empty my bins , clean and tidy my room , refresh my condiments . Basically everything but no reflection in room rate .

I would also like to thank you for taking the time to share with us this valuable feedback. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer and to make them feel welcome; therefore your feedback is very important to us. I am sorry that you are thinking that we are are using COVID as an excuse to give poor cleaning service as I can assure you that this is not the case. We are normally cleaning the room every 6 days at the moment however we can send someone in request and should you need anything during your stay our reception is available 24 hours per day. I am sorry if that was not properly explained to you on arrival. I can assure you also hat the price are reflecting the actual situation as you paid an average of £65 per night when we were around £130 per night at the same period last year Once again I am sorry that we failed to meet your expectations on this occasion and that it had an impact on the overall experience of your stay. Should you be coming back to London please do not hesitate to contact me directly I will personally look after your booking and I will offer you a special rate. I have been using Ibis and Accor Group Hotels for 17 years, mainly in France. Mainly Ibis, and a few times Formule1. Always a predictable high standard, definitely value for money. The only negative experienced was poor quality food in Mecure, Norwich. Ibis Shepherd's Bush is good.

Having undergone eye surgery that day, the Ibis was perfect for me. Reception staff (Raphaella) were welcoming and helpful. My room was warm, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was delivered on time & exactly what I needed.

Staff friendly, lobby loft clean. Room descent size not overly keen on the bathroom felt like i was on a cruise liner cabin bathroom. The room was not cleaned thoroughly as there was an empty water bottle from a previous guest on the window sill. In this present climate with covid was not very impressed.
