Good and clean place but the check in took too long. The trainee was not still prepared to receive the guests. Lack of breakfast, this a negative point in my opinion. Expensive tax for no breakfast included. I got upset. Another negative point was the energy. Only 220V in the room in a city that uses 110V. How come you use a different voltage? I couldn’t use my hairdryer and I knew that the ones you have are not useful. But, the room was clean and neat. The shower was good too and the manager was respectful. I enjoyed my stay, but you could improve many things!

Good overall experience with the hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, all my questions were promptly answered. The corridor in my floor were stained and could be renovated. Room condition was very good and all amenities good as well.

Great service poor in many other areas

I have stayed here many times but the more recent stays have not been good. The failings of the maintenance of the hotel have made it uncomfortable along with the lack of attention to detail on simple things like selection of tea at breakfast meaning that I need to go to the supermarket to buy myself. When travelling for work it is important to be able to get a good nights sleep but here again this hotel now fails due to the noise levels from other guests and the inability now to consider assigning of suitable rooms when requested because of maintenance issues or unwillingness I am not sure which. The lack of staff on some days does limit the service offered which is not ideal. The service provided by the staff here is excellent thanks to Matheus, Erik, Joao and the team and this service along with this being the only Accor for my visits when working in the region is why I do continue to stay hoping for improvements. The location of the hotel is good too.

Hoje por exempolo temos mamão, melão, manga, banana, goiaba, pêssego, ameixa, maçã, tangerinas e pêra! Quanto ao custo de nossas bebidas, está abaixo da média da hotelaria. Welcome service is basic, even for those who are an Accor Gold customer. Small room approprite for short and business trips. The location is good and near to banks (ATM), mall, city hall, and bus station. The breakfast is very basic when compared to other Ibis hotels in other cities of Brazil.

I was in Business In Cascavel and Ibis ofered a good option. The Ibis quality is the same in any Ibis hotel in Brazil. There is no luxury but it is very clean and perfect silence to além and relax. Great deal.
