The service is good, amenities provided are just perfect. Location is super just stone throw away distance from metro station. Room sizes are good. Food preparation was nice Breakfast had good spread. Overall very good stay

No buffet was available and the dinner menu was way too costly. Ordered beef stakes which was not sufficient. Room was ordinary, all tv channels were in korean and no clear english instruction were given. Had to leave early in the morning without breakfast.

« Efficient staff from the front desk »

We would like extend our gratitude to Louis at the front for allowing us to check in early. His kind gesture was greatly appreciated as we were very tired after an over night flight from Singapore. We have also booked our airport transfer from the front desk. Taxi driver is very punctual and very helpful. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

« Centrally located hotel in Busan »

Modern and clean hotel, friendly and professional staff. Check-in and check-out were easy. I enjoyed breakfast in the nice restaurant. Shops and restaurants are near and Seomyeon is only 1 subway-station away. Without heavy luggage I recommend Exit 9 of the underground shopping mall (stairs!) at Bujeon station. The hotel is a good choice in Busan.

- Fast, smooth check in and check out, useful local insights for dinner out. - Information desk in the first floor is very helpful and supportive with taxi orders - Food at the restaurant/breakfast was good. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there too, all are great. Point can be improved would be better English speaking, if possible.

« Amazing stay »

It was an amazing stay at ibis Busan city centre. Firstly the location is great , the subway station and there is an underground market jus a minute away. The breakfast options were good . The room was clean and the housekeeping cleaned the room and refurbished the toiletries everyday. The front desk was very helpful in guiding the routes. The restaurant was also good. They provided me with the customised pure vegetarian pasta for dinner. Altogether it was a great experience and stay at the hotel. Would definitely recommend for stay in Ibis Busan city centre.

« Close to Metro and Market »

This hotel is close to the Busan Metro and one of the many markets that can be found in the Busan area. The hotel is clean and comfortable to this US Mid-West traveller. The lobby can be found on the 17th floor along with the resturant. The Doormen are found on the first floor and can assist with directions and getting a cab.

The hotel was booked with the package via HKExpress and the room was out of my expectation - extremely good : spacious, tiny sofa other than the chair, cloakroom big enough, bedding good. Only one comment : not sure why the tap water is a bit ‘salty’ during my stay so I didn’t use it to boil and drink. Better check out if anything wrong, many thanks!

Check in was fast. Everything in my room 1411 worked except the door lock which needed oiling, and not the safe box in my colleagye’s room 1410 which was faulty. Staff service quality was up to expectation.
