« Well Location, close to Metro, nice room and clean »

Very close to metro, near the market, go to department store just one station or 15mins by walk. Room is clean and comfort (for us), you can store your luggage in ground floor locker when leave.

« Poor communications skill and bad services »

The receptionist not strong in the language of English. She misinterpreted me for asking refund of room cancellation and passing wrong message to her supervisor. She gave me a warning due to late check in at the counter. Except the bed for sleeping, the room is only have one chair which lack of sitting area for 2 persons even it is a superior double bed room. Except the booking with check out on 27 Jan, I have another booking between 30 Jan and 3 Feb with a deluxe double bed room. The bed is as same as the size of superior double room which is below expectations while I thought it would be King-sized of bed. The shower area is too small at the bathroom and does not have enough space for putting personal shower gel, shampoo, etc. The ratio is unrealistic at the bathroom while having many empty space without functions. Also there is not enough space at the sink area for putting my personal toothbrush, toothpaste, climb, etc. How would be a deluxe room? Last but not the least, the breakfast buffet is poor while the food temperature is unacceptable. The soup and most of the food at hot area is just warm with nearly room temperature while it is winter. I have a unhappy experience when I stay at your hotel particularly for my celebration of wedding anniversary.

« Good location. Nice room. »

Good location. Room was great. Reception staff were disappointing. We arrived on the morning of Korean New Year. When we asked if the room was ready they said yes however it would cost more for early check in. I wouldn't have minded on any other day but everything was closed on new year except for Starbucks. So we spent 3 hours in Starbucks until we could check in. When we asked the reception staff where were some local places to eat. They said they are all closed but our restraunt is open. We couldn't support the hotel by eating at the restraunt given there was no flexibility with early check in.

Check-In process was smooth and staff were friendly. Location of hotel is also conveniently located near the Seomyeon subway station, an intersection between Subway Line 1 and Line 2, that brings you to most of the major attractions in Busan!

« Exceptional Ibis Hotel with high service standard »

I am a platinum member with accor group and seldom stay in ibis chains due to the basic service level. However, this asset has high service standards at the front desk and the porters. The premium room is also quite new. This is one of the best ibis I had stayed before. Will come back again.
