They gave us a room that was occupied. For this we had not had any upgrate. Also on the second day we have not the soap refill. We were waiting for a little upgrade becahse od the confusion but.. nothin...

Booked online for a group of friends when we went to the front desk we presented the printed booking info and then we were told we had to pay an extra 80eu above the agreed price. We showed them the receipt printed from the email and from the website we booked on and we were told its different now and we either pay or don't stay. We paid cause we had no option at last minute then we contacted Accor Live Limitless support via written email showing them both photo of the booking and the receipt but they responded by saying they ll forward the email back to the hotel lobby which never responded to us and offered no solution. >This alone is enough to consider the entire branch a scam, never stay in an Ibis again and point it out to any friend or relative who ever plans to stay in one. >If you think the costumer should tolerate this, if someone had done this to your ''hotel'' or ''business'' you'd be in court with them.
