The hotel also has the small rooms typical for Paris, but is nice and clean. I got a room to the backside on upper floor and slept very well. Staff was very friendly and attentive and spoke good English.

The hotel is well located. The hygiene could however be improved upon. In the midst of a COVID 19 crisis, it would be wise to change the towels and clean the bathroom daily. Not doing so increases the risk for infection not only for the customers but for the entire hotel, including the personnel.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. The rooms are not daily clean to protect our team and our customers. If our customers need some clean towels, they ask to the reception, and the housekeeping put it in front of their room door. Be sure that we do everything to ensure the safety of our customers, for example : - The communal areas of the hotel are disinfected every four hours - We provide hydroalcoholic gel - The spaces are delimited by a marking on the floor - We work with a laboratory that assesses the correct application of hygiene measures in our hotel. It is very well located with very friendly staff always ready to help. But unfortunately the cleanliness of the room is unsatisfied as well as the furniture placed inside that is old with time.

Hotel is situated next to the Voltaire metro. Comfortable rooms with A/C that works especially for hot summer days. Hotel is clean and very easy to get around Paris

late night check in due to an emergency check out at airbnb with an amazing nightporter who called me back on my mobile as I refused to pay the room rate and offered the online conditions as special treatment. We changed our mind, booked, were upgraded to a higher floor on day 2 and overall impressed by the team of this Hotel.

Overall excellent experience in this hotel. Great service. Only con: could not change my booking online. I had to contact the hotel directly. However the manager was extremely helpful.

It was great! The decor is really nice and the beds are comfortable. The shower has different settings. There are nice balcony rooms. The staff were the highlight of it all as they were always ready to help, always professional and friendly. This has by far been my best hotel experience in Paris, and I've been to about half a dozen so far. Thanks for everything.

I had researched at length hotels in Paris based on location, prices and b-fast options as my plans to be one night in Paris. While the room was comfortable and suited my needs, I was misled by the receptionist on b-fast hours for Sunday, I was told that b-fast ended at 11:30am. I entered the b-fast area at 11am to be told b-fast was over. again the room was fine but unfortunately this error on the b-fast hours did not leave me with a positive experience. Had I known the hours were only up to 11am, I would have stopped by a lot earlier.

A very pleasant and friendly hotel right next to a Metro station which makes it very easy to get to and from. Very nice room and good breakfast. It is right next to a square which has plenty of shops and bistros, a couple of which we thought were very good.

A nice welcome with some honest practical advice about dealing with Metro strikes. Comfortable room but a bit too warm - we needed the window open a little, which meant NOISE. The chap cleaning graffiti off the streets with a power washer right outside our room at 2.00 AM was unpleasant. Decent location - would have been great with the Metro station right outside... but no.

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful would stay again, rooms were a great size, maybe we were lucky and was allocated a good one, but a great experience even though there were some demonstrations about the trains, never felt threatened at all close to some lovely restaurants too

The room was modern and very nice, although small (hard time finding space to open a large suitcase). The bed was very good and the shower was awesome!! (hot, powerful, rain shower). The only negative sides were 1. there was only one bottle of water provided on our arrival day only, and there was no drinking water facility in the hotel (to fill up water bottles). 2. There was no amenity provided in the room except one soap and shampoo/body gels: no body lotion, no conditioner which the hotel had told me in the email when I had made an inquiry. With the strike situation on now, this hotel may be a little inconvenient to visit touristic places as we walked everywhere and we got very tired everyday....
