I checked in and started walking to my room. I suddenly realized that the hotel was dirty and in bad condition. I continued walking to my room, expecting that it would be nice. It turns out it did not even have a TV (just some weird protector). The room was not up to any standard, the bathroom tiles seemed pretty dirty, and the sink had some strange material inside it. Soon after I realized the poor conditions of the room (and the hotel), I quickly went downstairs to the lobby to ask for the possibility of leaving the room and getting a refund. To make things even worse, they told me I could not get a refund on it because I had "already accessed the room." I would never stay here again. There are much better options in Santiago at the same price.

The hotel is very centric and near to all the basic stuff in this part of Santiago, you are a minutes to the Subway station Manquehue, near to Shoppings mall and Companies headquarters. The room was clean and very confortable with all the needed accesories (Except a trash can outside the bathroom). but is a little small and very noise in the night, so we couldn't rest well. Also, the breakfast could be improved, no vegan options were available and the alternatives are few.

Personal seems not to be properly trained, specialy at the reception desk. Team at the restaurant was confusing about how to charge and to issue the receipts of the conssumation. Charging at the room bill was not allowed. Quality of the breakfast was terrible. In the room the lock was not working.

We stayed there for 6 Nights, and we noticed that there was New Furniture in the lobby area. The lobby bar had also more varieties now. At the Ibis Manquehue Norte the staff is very friendly and attentive. Up through the years we have stayed there quite a few times, and we feel we get to know some of the staff a little. We needed a taxi to og to the bus station downtown, and they called a hotel taxi whcich was there on a very short notice. The price, CLP15000, is quite competitive since you have to drive straight through all of Santiago. If you want to visit a sky bar, the neighbouring hotel, the Icon, is an excellent option. Public transport: The metro station Manquehue is only 100 - 200 mts away, line1. Very convenient.

I stayed there for five nights and was told the Hotel had parking, what this website and the hotel does not tell you is the parking is not free!! I stayed in this hotel in March and teh parking was free, no charge. But this time I stayed and the reason I stayed was Parking and after having my bike in the park for these nights I was charged. Not a lot, but that is not the point. Second the room was cold and even as I set the thermostat at 29 it never warmed up. Breakfast for Ibis, very average on world standard as I am staying in ibis in many countries.

Calm and quiet days. Hospitality the employees well.Emploees trained and qualified to welcome the guest. Good dinner and breakfast. Much flavor in the meals and variety in the menu. Even the alternative coffee (outside regular hours) was perfect. Congratulations for the kitchen team !

Ibis Manqueue Norte has an ideal location, near Metro station and various shopping centres. The staff is extremely friendly and service orientated, and after a few stays there, we feel that they know us and we know them.

Beautiful city and beautiful hotel. The hotel is in a great place close up to metro and shopping mall. I recommend you use the metro to travel around the city , it’s safe and cheap. The Ibis hotel is confortable,clean and personal are pleasant and helpful. They arranged for transportation from Santiago to San Antonio sea port with a saving of > $ 100 dollars. The daily breakfast on the scale of 1-10 is a 8. Clean and comfortable place

Internet system is bad and impossible to use. I have been to this hotel for years and it is getting worse. What if they do not solve it leads me to change of Hotel and look for a place that works better since I use for my work

Good location near to Metro, supermarkets just around the corner. Breakfast buffet is good, but not exciting. Rooms standard as you know from ibis. Own car park at a reasonable price (CLP 4000 a day).
