From the check in to the end of the stay it has been perfect. Michaela at the reception great us with a smile and has been very professional. The Hotel was extremely clean, room new. The staff at the restaurant was nice and the breakfast was very good. Very satisfied!

Chère Madame Teissier, Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de nous écrire à la suite de votre séjour à ibis Styles Paris Montmartre Nord. Comme répondu sur TripAdvisor, sachez que nous sommes désolés que le service et la prestation n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, et nous vous prions d’accepter nos plus sincères excuses. Nous venions d'ouvrir l'établissement, et il se peut que vous ayez été victime de notre manque d'anticipation. Le jus de fruits et les yaourts sont bien disponibles au petit déjeuner, mais conservé au frais. Ils auraient en effet dû être proposé par nos équipes disponibles ce matin là lors du service petit déjeuner, mais les équipes n'étaient malheureusement pas encore rodées à notre nouvelle organisation post-COVID. Je pense que vous avez du remarquer une évolution positive suite à vos deux séjours suivants - et j'espère que celle-ci aura cette fois réussi à vous satisfaire. Concernant la propreté de la cabine de douche, du lavabo et du rideau de douche, permettez moi de vous confirmer que nous mettons un point d'honneur à proposer une produit d'une hygiène impeccable à nos clients - mais je connais en effet le caractère vétuste et abimé de plusieurs de nos chambres, qui peut en laisser apparaître le contraire. A propos des rideaux, vous avez entièrement raison, de nombreux d'entre eux ont conservé des tâches de peinture des derniers travaux de rafraichissement; ce pourquoi l'intégralité d'entre eux vont être remplacé en fin d'année. Puisque échanger avec la clientèle est le meilleur moyen de nous améliorer, sachez Madame Teissier que je reste entièrement disponible pour discuter de tous ces sujets avec vous. The hotel worked very well for what we wanted to do in Paris. The metro was a 5 min walk to and provided access in less than 30 min to the major sites. We had 3 people in the room which worked because we were out site seeing. It was small if you were to hang out in the room. The breakfast was good. Quality food that got us going in the morning.

The hotel was in a very good location. Staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable. We were staying with two small children and we were able to close a door between the double bed section and the two single bed sections of the room. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The draw backs were that the wall next to the window was completely black with mould and you could smell damp in the room as well. There was no table to actually put things onto like things to eat or drink.

The room was small and bad sort of devices The location was not near to city center All the devices in the room were old. totally the hotel was old and not renovated. the Breakfast was very bad and nothing to eat.

I will never come back again to this falling hotel. You can hear everything from other rooms, they forgot to clean the room two days in a row, no apologies or small gift or attention for this. I am platinum member and was very dissatisfied with the experience. We were placed in the worst room next to the stairs and elevator door ...

Receptionist was great, hotel is OK, rooms could be a bit larger, but overall good option for stay in Paris Montmartre, nice location. Breakfast was great and we like our stay there.

Small and dirty room

- the room was very small. There was no place to store our little trolleys. - the shower has black mold and is tiny. I’ve actually have a couple of small bruises because I kept bumping into things and the wall - although the staff was nice, I didn’t think it was worth the money.
