Our party of 3 arrived and were greeted by kind, courteous staff. We had x2 birthdays and NHS staff in our party, our room was decorated to reflect this, throughout our s. we made use of the first rate facilities including the swimming pool, room service and the restaurant and bar. Babaye on reception always asked how we were getting on a created an excellent rapport with us, we would have no hesitation in recommending or using this hotel again

Arrived and given a room which had the remains of the night before .. dirty towels and clothing left. Went for a swim but the water was freezing so didn’t bother

Novotel Blackfriars is in a great location to explore the south Bank and Thames with all its attractions. Good sized rooms, very pleasant staff and decent facilities including pool and steam room..

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary and could not have been more impressed with the hotel and its staff. The pool was lovely and very COVID safe and our room was phenomenal. Breakfast was very bland and way below average. We did not have enough towels and toiletries ( two adults and a child). Pool experience - average. Service - excellent. Staff is very attentive and professional.

We had a view of the shard from our window, used the pool which is beautiful and enjoyed the bar in the evening and breakfast In the morning. All of which was incredible. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

The hotel and our room were very nice but my booking was cancelled on couple of occasions without me being informed which was very annoying. Luckily I checked and contacted the hotel directly.

The staff at this novotel was the friendliest and most welcoming of all the novotels I’ve stayed at - and for that - I’ll return. My husband and I did a five day staycation and this location is perfect - and our upgraded room to 1309 was a very nice treat ! See you again - hopefully in the not too distant future

Good stay. After a near mix up. When I was told my room booked for the Black British Theatre Awards team had not been paid. So as I left and got to the station, the receptionist ran all the way down the road to call me back, it was a mistake, it had been paid for. I was given a drink token. Clean spacious room...nice people x
