This is a very good hotel - friendly, good bar, comfy beds etc. BUT if you have dodgy legs getting in and out of the toilet/shower module can be very difficult

Awful experience. Let's start off with the bathroom for instance - the toilet makes alot of noises cause there is water dripping down 24/7. The temperature in the shower goes from scoulding hot to ice cold in a matter of seconds and it repeats itself. The pressure is weak. Squeeky floor. The door makes a very loud sound when getting closed. Now, let's talk about the bed. It is so dense and very uncomfortable. I woke up with pain in my neck and especially my back. The pillows are not even pillows in my opinion. They disappear as you rest your head on them. The room itself looks outdated and there is no mini bar or fridge available. We ordered a room with a view - I would not consider the dusty backparts of the nearby buildings a "view" at all! Costumer service is none-existent and I found the staff to be very rude. For instance I asked politely if I could use a microwave to heat my meal and I was refused due to, and I quote: "We have a microwave but we can not allow you to use it due to security reasons". I ended up having to throw my meal away because it was not safe to consume without being heated. All in all - I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Sincerely, a very disappointed guest

Friendly staff but the hotel was pretty dated
