« Good location, great room and even better staff »

The location of the hotel is convenient to get around if you are driving as I was. Parking is convenient but finding a hotel guest parking can be difficult during the daytime as the hotel guest parking is probably taken up by hotel meeting or other users. The rooms are well maintained and I love the shower. The staff especially the concierge staff are polite and always helpful. One person to name is Imran at Concierge who is very helpful. This is our second stay and he remembers us well from our earlier stay several months ago.

The room was nicely done for the guest. Very clean, neat and tidy. Huge space. The toilet was extremely clean. No hair found in the shower area and complete with basic amenities to choose. The fitness centre is beautiful and nice. Equipment for workout is working well. Even though it’s just a basic workout equipment but it’s enough to make you sweat. Swimming pool located just beside the fitness centre. Clean water with green tree surrounding. Makes very calm and relax. Restaurant offer a variety of food to choose. The staff are very friendly and helpful. What I like the most about this hotel is spacious. It’s offer a huge space in the room, bathroom, fitness center and the restaurant. Not cramp with the arrangement. Highly recommended and definitely I will stay again in future.

My stay in the Pullman Bangsar was a pleasant experience. The receptionist by the name of Chase Wong was accommodating when I requested an extension of a later checkout time. Overall every staff member was helpful.
