Enjoyed a short getaway amidst this pandemic. Understandable that all facilities remain closed but room rate should be cheaper as well as in-house dining (pickup / takeaway). Stayed for 2 nights and resorted to Grab & Food Panda for sustenance.

Room a/c is warm. Toilet tissues paper box is empty. Water pressure is low. Working desk deco file are all worn out. At 9pm changed to another room. Slight better with the room a/c (just slightly). Bath tub ceiling lights not working. Room service breakfast was alright.

I had booked a room for my staff (business purpose) and request for pro-forma invoice to be emailed to me. First the person in-charge (reservation) was not repeat my email address and I need to call until 4 times to mention that I didn't received the pro-forma invoice. So until the 4th call, I request to spell my email address and yes it was wrong. Why the person in-charge have no interest to talk with their guess. That feeling made me twice to choose your hotel again. If I have an event at your place, I am going to booked another hotel because of this issue.

The food at your coffee house is excellent Room was ok except for the air-conditioning. It was not functioning well. Temperature was 25-26,the controller wasn't working. Had a slight bad experience(stranded on level 4 for almost 20mins) with the lift as room card not able to access, even to go down to the lobby. Had to call the hotel for help . Pressed the help button ,no help at all

Actually I really enjoy my stay in Pullman but unfortunately I had experienced allergic reaction which I noticed that when I wore the bath robe on Saturday night. Later that night I started to feel itchy and I had to take off the robe. Sorry for not informing the staff regarding this as the itchiness had subsided in the morning.

i booked the room through website hotel and it wrote is a king bed sheet. however, the room with king or queen bed were fully book. The hotel upgrade me to better room. even though had upgrade my room, but i hope hotel website can be always update if the bed is no longer available.

Check in 19/7/2020 Room No.2611 Already informed hotel about late check in after dinner. I checked in after 10pm. Upon check in, the hotel was dark as there is no other guest to be expected on the day. Upon entered the room, I can see that the floor carpet was NOT vaccum properly. There is still dust or white debris on the carpet. I dont even dare to walk on the carpet with my bare foot. I have to wear the in room slipper provided. Due to low occupancy at this MCO moment, I am not sure how long has the room not being occupy. Shower room need to improve as after shower water will flow out to the bathroom door which make the area flooded.

We had inspected the room prior to arrival and all the cleaning was done to our enhanced standards so it is very disheartening to hear of your dissatisfaction for the quality of cleanliness however the carpet was not actually dusty but this is in fact the beige thread at certain parts in the pattern. Your feedback is important to us and we are sorry this made you feel uncomfortable, we do take the cleanliness extremely seriously and have revised all our services to a newer and higher standard. Great customer service and clean facility. We spent 7 days with our 2 kids who are 15 and 16. Both enjoyed facility and good food. Great experience for them with local delights as we were from Fiji. We had a suite with joining rooms . Good location for family holiday. Sure to return back to same hotel and will recommend to family and friends.
