Surprisingly upgraded to junior exec suite and easily and well handled reception named Rick..moving on other staff and manager in line for the check out day also being helpful as I'm on a very busy meeting and only finished on 12 pm..they consideration on extra hours managed me to do the check out very smoothly..above all 5 stars to the receptionist..tqvm..will repeat again next time!!

I always stay at Pullman Bangsar each time during my business trip. Always love how complete everything is in the room. However..my Accor Points are always not added after my stay. My stay in the month of September onwards were not added.

The stay was generally ok. Happy with the spacious room and gym. However the premise looks rather dated and has many incongruous elements (e.g. the lobby has a mishmash design). The room door closes rather loudly. One day there was cigarette smoke coming through the vents, but thankfully it was addressed swiftly once I informed front desk.

« Short trip to KL »

Overall stay in the hotel was nice and comfortable, as I was given a free upgrade for my room but the coffee machine does not provide with the capsule to make the coffee. As I had stayed in this category of room in this hotel before was provided before, not sure this trip the coffee capsule was removed as it was a free upgrade or house keeping overlooked...so meh for this part otherwise was still a nice hotel to stay in.
