L'hotel est bien mais n'est pas bien situe pour se promener à pied dans KL

Although the hotel is not well located for walking around the KL City Center but there are 2 Light Rail Transit (LRT) stations which is just 3-5 minutes walking distance from the hotel and you can travel to KLCC and other parts of town too, perhaps I may suggest for your next visit to consider using the the LRT to travel around. Bonjour, Malgré un surclassement de chambre apprécié, j'ai fait l'expérience de plusieurs problèmes dans la chambre: - Puissance du signal Wifi et qualité de la connexion pauvres: Impossibilité de me connecter à mes vidéos conférences (j'ai été forcé d'utiliser mon Roaming pendant 2 heures...) - Prise électrique non fonctionnelle dans la salle de bain - Eau de couleur marron dans la douche, l'évier et la baignoire. A plusieurs reprises, j'ai évoqué ce problème. Une équipe de technicien est venue pour chaque reprise pour laisser "couler l'eau" pendant plusieurs minutes. Ne voyant aucun changement, ont INSISTE pour me dire que la couleur est due à l'éclairage... ce qui était faux puisque le même constat a été démontré le lendemain et surlendemain à la lumière du jour... - Propreté négligée de la chambre: Plusieurs barrettes pour les cheveux ont été trouvés dans la chambre près du lit, dans l'entrée et vers le bureau. Egalement aucune équipe de nettoyage après l'intervention des techniciens qui ont laissé de l'eau au large avec évidement des marques de chaussure depuis la salle de bain jusqu'en dans l'entrée. - Pauvre speech du manager lors du Check-out en m'invitant à revenir.. Ce que je doute fortement! Ce séjour m'a mis à mal à la fois sur l'aspect pro/perso. J'ai donc préféré finir mon séjour dans une autre chaîne d’hôtel. Merci, Jérémie M.

Dear Jeremie M., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar, I am sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations on many levels, please allow me to express my sincerest apologies for all the shortfalls you encountered. Your feedback is very important to us and we have taken note on your comment with regards to the Wi-Fi signal during your video conference, we are very concerned about this issue as connectivity is one of our main priorities. I do believe that our IT team has proposed to use the direct cable connection provided by the hotel but you prefer to use your own data connection for the video conference instead, furthermore, we had restarted the access point on the 15th floor to refresh the Wi-Fi connection and also conducted tests on the connection by playing high quality YouTube videos and we found the connection was good. Just to share with you, the hotel do provide a bandwidth of 5mbps per device which is normally very ample for our guests but I am very sorry that you still did experience an issue for your conference call. As for the brownish colored water you experienced, we do apologize for this inconvenience, just to let you know the water was the result of an emergency plumbing rectification work and it was just a temporary matter, we are very sorry for the disappointment this caused you but the emergency work could not be rescheduled and the discolored water was just temporary. Thank you for highlighting the cleanliness issue also, this is definitely not the norm and not at all to our standards, your feedback on the issues is highly appreciated and we have discussed this with housekeeping and engineering teams and we can learn from this unfortunate shortfall. I do believe that the Front Office team has offered you a room change but this was declined as perhaps not convenient to you, our Duty Manager had also met you during your departure but all seemed fine at that point, sorry if you had a problem communicating with him as I was quite surprised to receive this feedback now as he mentioned all was fine at check out. Mr M., we do apologize for the drop in service you experienced on this stay and hope you can still consider us one more time in the future and allow us an opportunity to restore your faith in our hotel & service, as gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a complimentary upgrade to our Executive Room for your next visit. Lumière du placard qui ne s'éteint pas lors de la fermeture des portes du placards car celles-ci sont mal fixées : deux appels à la réception pour obtenir une personne de la maintenance à 00h30 puis 01h00 du matin car personne n'est venu. Apres le deuxième coup de fil, une personne est venue aider en moins de 5 min. Douche qui fuit : de l'eau coule malgré la fermeture du robinet Lumière de la lampe de chevet qui ne fonctionnait pas Lors d'un passage précédent; oubli de réservation d'un taxi pour l'aéroport avec un pick-up à 5h45 du matin: 15 min pour trouver une solution avec le personnel présent

Excellent accueil, chambres tres propres et de grand confort à seulement 10 min de KLCC Restaurant mediterraneen de tres bonne qualité a des prix tres raisonnables pour un hotel de ce standard. Budget taxi parfois difficile à obtenir par le bell keeper!

Un peu excentré mais pas important car métro Universiti proche à condition de savoir comment trouver le chemin. Sinon il est parfait d'utiliser les taxis peu chers et Uber encore moins chers et très efficaces à KL. Belle chambre si étage élevé avec vue dégagée et urbaine. Le coupon offert pour les cartes Accor est pas généreux (jus de fruit uniquement ou soft alors que l'autre Pullman de la ville offre cocktails et vins). Personnel sympathique et poli. Piscine un peu froide. Nombreux restaurants. Belle chambre d'angle (4 par étages). Séjour appréciable. Réception efficace
