Bed is comfortable but the desk is extremely small.

Room is so so small. Toilet flush is very very weak. Not very clean overall. But, all staffs are super sweet and helpful, and always with a big happy smile.

Nothing special, good value for good money, I expect something little better, maybe would be good to do something with reception. Reception not looks like Ibis style. Room was nice - in Ibis style :) Maybe pay more attention to bath room (shower cabin).

What a bad surprise to arrive in this overpriced Ibis Styles which is badly located (Far from everything), not clean and has very small rooms. For half of the price, the Ibis Budget located a few minutes from there offers you a beter deal. Not recommended !

This hotel has good quality value rooms for someone travelling - clean, beds fine, WiFi etc. When I arrived in the evening there were helpful staff working as a team, one apparently staying slightly late to ensure the bar stayed open 10 mins longer. Breakfast buffet is fine. Sitting outside is OK although there is no view, but there is the risk of smokers.

Excellent with everything as usual. Stayed several times here. Very clean, and staff extremely helpful and cheerful. Excellent breakfast. definitely will stay again.

UInsatisfactory. The A/C dripped water on our lothes and floor. We reported it but it was not rectified, nor were we offered another room. We were given a 15 Euros discount which was insufficient as my clothes required cleaning.

Reception staff friendly and well-trained. The breakfast is excellent value. However on arrival our A/C w faulty. Despite reporting to reception it was neither repaired nor were we offered another room which was bad.

Pleasant stay in your hotel, friendly helpful staff, especially (Margueritte sorry for any mis-spelling) who was very kind printing off some tickets we had purchased and making sure they were left for me to collect. Breakfast very acceptable although occasionally items had run out or could not be replaced due to non-delivery. We were also moved to another room to be closer to others in our group, and then moved again to a room to accommodate three persons all without fuss or charge, which we thought was excellent.
