Maintenance to be improved. I request Ironing table & Iron box but received bad quality of both. Regarding Iron box I got 3 time replacement due to bad quality of Iron box. Bathroom cleaning to be maintained well. Only accepted level, Not reached satisfactory level.

Clean rooms but toiletries only provided upon request. Very narrow beds. Pilows were not that great. Pleasant staff. However location is not so great, but this is Yanbu, so there's not much in this city. A few fastfood joints not so far away by foot. 2 min by car. Great swimming pool, bit was closed bc of covid.

I would like to thank all the stuff for great attitude and for their help when it needed speical thanks to those: - (Reception) Abulkareim Yousef Mashael -(service) Waseem Altaf Gayed Rahul Mohammed Abdulrahman overall it was good but you need to improve your card reader system for rooms because once you but your card beside any magnetic field (any electronic devices or magnetic stuff) you cannot use it any more so one time i had to change it many times in just a few hours.

the housekeeping was not filling the toilet by the sanitary items as soap shampoo, tissues box... I had to ask several for a second towel.

Friendly helpful staff. Went beyond reasonable expectation when I asked for help having lost my laptop charger before arrival. When I asked for directions to a shop to buy a replacement reception found one of a similar type in the back office and loaned it to me for three days! Super Service!
