I stayed at this hotel for second time. My room was good except hot water was not working. They offered me to change the room and upgraded me to higher type. However, Hot water still not working. I ordered room service for breakfast. Toast was overcooked and gone black. Gym , Pool was average seem no good maintenance.

The room was quiet, clean and I had a great view with a comfy bed. I would say that the location is the hotel's strength, with various shopping center around and easy access to BTS National Stadium. But sorry to say that this was the most limited breakfast that I have ever had. There was not variety choice for the menu.

Good loction, facilities and view! However, I expected a toothbrushes in a room but there were not any! And sinking pillows could be a bit better. The staffs are nice and helpful. Recommended

My wife, daughter and I loved sleeping at this hotel. The room was spacious, quiet, clean and had a great view. The staff was also very attentive. We were however very disappointed by the breakfast. As an Accorplus Platinum member, I can easily confirm that choice-wise, this was the most limited breakfast that I have ever had in any Accor hotel. The coffee quality was also way below the usual Accor standard.

Thank you the hotel management for acknowledgement of Accor Plus Platinum Elite member and improved guest experience service by organizing well prepared upgraded room with fruits basket. In light of COVID-19 pandemic, I observed that the hotel had implemented cleaning and disinfection measures according to Ministry of Public Health guidelines and the new normal services in most of facilities. I do hope that the hotel would closely monitor the advice of the government authorities continuously, I expect to return to stay here again in the near future. It would be great to receive a suite upgrade for my next visit once again.

Clean and hygiene care suitable to handle the current covid19 situation. Reasonable breakfast arrangement and taste. Front office is friendly to customer and service mind. Hotel location is close to the big shopping centers or sport complex. Train station is in front of the hotel, very convenience to go to the other location.

The hotel is in a good location but service is not good. The staff didn't know the accor plus benefit. I ask where to use my Accor plus card for dinner the reception said that the hotel was only room service not apply for accor plus. Finally I use my accor plus at sky bar the staff is good and he confirmed my discount. No room upgrade for Glod member. Not anymore for here.

Good location, convenient transportation. Check in is very good, check out is fast. But don't give me a receipt! The accommodation section was provided with a welcome fruit to me as a member, bit no amenity refills complimently drinking water, tea & coffee, shampoo, shower gel, soap. Good service breakfast.

For a place like this with a really reasonable price. Its amazing! I love the view. The room. And the front desk woman who is black and wear glasses (I'm not sure but she's definitely not full Thai) She's really fine and good service mind. And I saw her on Mercure video ad, too. Looking forward to take a nap there again. Haha.
