The hotel room was nice with nice bathtub. The size of the room was also nice. Location close to the beach with Balcony looking at the sea was very good. The floor of the room was cold and there was no heating in the room. The water bottle in minibar were charged to be without any information that those were not complementary.

Regarding the minibar we inform you that the costs of minibar are exposed inside the door of it, maybe it is not so visible, we will change it in order to avoid any surprise for the future. The heating is timed according to the actual italian legislation, we are sorry to know you felt cold. Did you ask the receptionist about this? A perfect position to stay in Rimini, close to the sea and to the main road of Marina, not far from the center of the town easily reachable by car.

Very friendly and helpful staff: thank you! The room was comparatively large and the hotel is very close to the beach and the centre of Rimini: all good. But the building is dated and the hotel suffers of the fact that there is only one slow and inefficient elevator. It can be forgiven for the symbolically small pool because the seaside is very close. Last small remark: when I asked it was unclear if I was able to collect miles on BA.

The pool is small but has hot water, and is open 24 hours and we think that is a must have for the hotel. About the elevator, I can confirm you that this December we will install a new elevator , faster and bigger, and we reniew also all the rooms. I am a wheelchair user and the most important thing to me is the accessibility of the room. It was spacious and beautiful and the bathroom easy to use. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and polite, and the hotel is at a very nice location.
